Nice ski in and out hotel next to restaurants and the cozy village. Welcoming personnel. Spacious room with small kitchen area , bath and comfortable bed. Fantastic spa with both inside and outside jacuzzi. The only thing missing would be the breakfast, but there is a general store and a Crêperie near by so you can grab a bite before the slopes. I would definitely come back.

We've stayed at this property a number of times, the location is great and generally we enjoy it. However, on this occasion, we had to chase reception as we'd been in the hotel for four nights and had no cleaning or replacement towels even though we'd been told we would.

We requested a room for 4 to sleep comfortably. The room provided was a queen bed and a pull out couch. The mattress on the pullout couch was such bad condition, it was unacceptable for 2 kids to sleep in. My kids didn't sleep very well on the first night. I had to complain to the front desk for them to provide temporary relief in the form of comforters added on top of the mattress.
When renting a room for 4, all mattresses should be in good condition and relatively comfortable.

The 1 bedroom suite was large and clean... very comfortable for our group of 4. The hot tub water was luke warm so was not that enjoyable after a day on the slopes.

Wonderful stay in Mont Tremblant! Ski in/Ski out. Easy walk to the village center. Kitchen with basic cooking gear, comfy bed, awesome shower & a fireplace for warming up!

The property is closed to everything but unfortunately because there was not enough snow, it was not ski-in/ski-out… Mont-Tremblant is a so beautiful place!!
The suite was very confortable, a little too warm (even without heating!) and there were blowers making so much noise in the stairs at each floors, day and night. Our room was in front of the elevator and closed to the stairs so…hopefully, there was a door between the bedroom and the living-room/kitchen that decreased that noise and helped me fell asleep!
Be careful to make all the restaurant reservations the first day of your arrival. It is very difficult to find a place for dinner the day you want to go eating outside…

Great hotel with very close proximity to the ski lift and the village restaurants. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only thing missing would be a hotel restaurant but overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect, especially if you are traveling with kids and a big group. Easy to walk everywhere, really close to the waterpark, restaurants and everybody at the hotel was really friendly and accommodating. We will be back !

From the moment we walked into the lobby service was excellent. We were greeted promptly and hotel employee was pleasant, informative and great sense of humour.
As this was my first time here, upon entering our room, I was extremely surprised by the size, roominess and cleanliness as well as modern touches. Everything was spectacular. We used the outdoor hottub which was just perfect. Check-out was as seamless as check-in. I will definetely be returning during the summer with my grandkids to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Beatiful place! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, very nice and cozy, 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Fireplace in living room and door to balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. Personnel was super friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed for my son was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs everywhere that is the only problem with the room.

Absolutely loved our stay. We have been there two times now. Only feedback I can think of is the room service facility while stay can be offered.

Well priced our suite included a balcony and really great view! only thing is we would have like to enjoy the spa and we didn't was really small. We went end of the season and the pool was closed. One thing I was disappointed but it has nothing to do with the Hotel is breakfast place, nowhere offers brunch like breakfast. However wouldn't stop me from coming back. The hotel is very well located!

We booked this hotel under the impression that the pool would have been opened for the summer season. It was not open during our stay and we had a very disappointed kid with us! The website states that a pool is part of the amenities but this was not true for our visit. They have a very small hot tub which had people in it everytime we went to go and use it so we never got use out of it.
We called for some extra blankets and pillows at 10pm and we're told that we can come to the front desk to get them ourselves. This is poor customer service. We are paying a high price to receive customer service and did not receive any.

Room was large and comfortable
No staff support, and housekeeping never came on 3 night stay. When asked question of front desk, just told to check out website. Hot tub not working (empty and taped off) when asked about it told not guaranteed.
