Good experience considering it is an old building. Location is in the middle of the historic city.

This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival.
The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed.
Overall it was perfect for sightseeing, getting around Naples, and immersing yourself in the local culture.

What a great little place to stay in the center of Naples! The rooms are super clean and seemed brand new, bathroom was perfect, lots of water pressure and hot water. I had 2 small balconies overlooking via Tribunale, but high enough that was not too noisy. Bed was nice, maybe new also? Very impressed, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Naples… can’t imagine getting a better value!

We were a late check in, which incurred a late check in cost but because of delayed flights we didn't get there until 9pm so felt this was reasonable because they had to wait for us. To their credit, they use WhatsApp to discuss this with us & Michele was extra helpful in picking us up from the airport for an additional cost. The room was simple but the air con was brilliant & we had a balcony which helped us relax further. Bathroom was cramped but had everything you needed & shower worked well. Lovely breakfast box was included, meaning we didn't have to think about that the next day
