Helpful, friendly staff and good choice of food and drink both at breakfast and through the day/ evening. Good location for city centre but quiet surroundings.

Great location in terms of proximity to Queen's University Belfast, the Botanic Gardens, and Ulster Museum. The property and the street it's located on were nice; however, the surrounding neighborhood was gritty.

Easy check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great central location. The front doors lock at night and the elevator (lift) requires you to use your room key to go up which made us feel very safe since we were in a downtown location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Street parking is first come first served. Comfortable and clean.
