this is a very clean place. It’s just average. They don’t come in daily to do the room. The soap for showering was not good. They do offer shampoo and conditioning but it’s just not good either. Staff is very nice. Very close to the airport. optionals for food was not good. Their food opened at four. They did have some snacks but there wasn’t a big diversity for snacks or eating. Overall it was a four.

The staff was super friendly from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had at a hotel. The room was clean and very spacious, with a work station, large king bed, accessible shower, and nice sofa bed. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay. We had to do a last minute booking bc of weather. Room was pretty big with a sitting area. Furnishings are slightly dated and old but if you're looking for a room for some space this is a good option. Worth mentioning that there isn't really a restaurant on premises but you can get a quick meal there and the staff was super nice a nd accomodating.

It's a nice hotel conveniently located near the airport and other sights in Reno. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed here one night with our family of four because we had a late arrival in to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle takes about less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet included (scrambled eggs and chorizo) with choice of cereals bagels fresh fruit.

I would have given 5 star for everything but our room did not get cleaned from our two days stay. I wasn’t informed there wasn’t going to be any room service. I saw the cleaning of other rooms but when I returned from being gone all day, my room was not cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. Other than that, breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. Great hotel!

First room AC would not turn off and heat would not turn on, we had 10 blankets on bed. 30 degrees. You can see through all blankets- very thin, if you like to be warm ask for 12 extra. We requested a transfer, moved us across the hall. Room temp was acceptable- however, sink and shower wouldn’t get past Luke warm. Close to airport is the only plus. Staff made zero effort to credit or comp, just offered to switch rooms.

Very nice. Great staff very friendly. Room is very modern and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of hot water for our shower. It was lukewarm at best. Having the refrigerator was great. I wish the room also contained a microwave.

However, the check-in process was extremely slow, which is almost inexcusable given the check-in time after a long flight. To just get into the hotel, we waited about 10 minutes outside in front of closed doors.

Great experience @ this hotel. The staff was approachable (Brianna & Vanessa - Front Desk Reps) and Filipino shuttle driver (forgot his name) were very friendly and answered all my questions.

We arrived in Reno and specifically chose this hotel because it listed shuttle service. When we called no one answered the phone. When we checked in we were told that the shuttle service ends at 12 midnight. No where on the website was this listed. We had to walk to the hotel with my handicapped brother. I am not impressed and am glad that I chose a different hotel my return trip. I will not be back to stay qith Hyatt.

They advertise a restaurant and had no hamburger buns, When asked about full breakfast again advertised ,Staff said no guarantee that there would be scrambled eggs as where was shortage of supplies. Staff was not experienced and rude, I will not stay again.

We were warmly greeted by the staff and given our room information quickly. Our room was large--which we needed with a dog! But the carpet smelled like it had just been cleaned and was still drying (that Rug Doctor leftover smell). We dealt with it since we were just there for one night, but it wasn't necessarily pleasant. The pool was nice and it was helpful to have a standard breakfast in the morning. Overall our stay was ok.
