The hotel is gorgeous, very clean. BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Breakfast DELICIOUS AND SPLENDID. The waiters are really nice people. The owner Ms Kastro very polite, nice. Santorini is beautiful, but small, crowded, and so many steps!

I had a wonderful time enjoying the caldera view and sunsets! The location is perfect, right next to some fantastic restaurants and shopping.
Just a heads-up, the stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying luggage. Also, being right across from the cable car can make getting to and from your room feel a bit crowded at times.
In the morning, the restaurant above the suite might be moving things around, which could disturb your sleep depending on where you’re staying.
The staff was fantastic! Sophia was so helpful, guiding us to our suite and even assisting with our luggage.
The suite was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The water heater switch for the shower took a little while to warm up, but once we figured out how to do it, it was fine. 😊
We’d recommend staying here.

Kastro Suites is located in the perfect location... just a few steps away from the "Panoramic View of Fira" lookout so views were stunning! We were also close to the shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the main road.
Gabriel was AMAZING! He was helpful, friendly, and so lovely to deal with. We even had the room with the pool right outside the room which added to the views and was convenient when we wanted to take a quick dip in the pool. A free breakfast was included which was simple, delicious and a variety of items. The only thing was that it was the same every day, but still great! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Fira.
