Staff was great! The entertainment people were amazing! The buffet needs alots of improvement, it was the same food everyday same stuff for breakfast same stuff for dinner. Also needs improvement with their card system I had alots of issues with the Water park entrance on both days.

Clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the beach and the water park, lots of activities which we could get.from the kids club. Good variety of food albeit some of.the other guests thought that piling their plate to look like mount everest was the way forward!!!

Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and followed all the covid’s protocol. They can do some improvements in the room.

So many things that can be said about the property, but it is a great place to stay if you are going to Beach Park as it’s right on the beach and easy access. The beach access was the deal breaker for us. Hopefully ohana is much more beautiful.
It is definitely not a four star hotel, might be a two or three star hotel as it looks like ia motel from the outside as the stucco turning brown/black.
Fitness center is embarrassing. Old unsafe equipment! Food is great as well as cleanliness.
The first room they put us in was so bad in that once we moved rooms, it was definitely updated, but we had to get someone to fix the faucet in the shower the master bedroom and door didn’t shut or lock and the slider was off the tracks.
In the first room, shower bar fell on my wife’s back and cut open her foot and we had to get a medic there. They absolutely didn’t even offer us any compensation as it takes a seriously injury to get their attention. For some reason, they don’t give toothbrush holders or soap holders which is very strange.
The kids events were amazing and so was the staff it didn’t until 10 PM, but I do understand. Brazil starts a little late as far as activities.
We took a taxi many places as we were not told they had a free bus until the day before checkout
They also do not have phones so if you do not have WhatsApp or Wi-Fi working well, you cannot communicate with them.
The hotel pool and staff are pretty amazing, but the management needs training.
