We enjoyed the hotel and all of its amenities.
The only unfortunate part of our stay was that the hot tub in the pool area was not working.
As an athlete I like to book hotels that offer a hot tub so that I can relax and soak my aching body at the end of the day.
We had enjoyed the hot tub on our previous stay the year before.
It was very unfortunate that it is not kept in working condition.

Thia is one of the most dishonest hotels we have ever been to. We are in this area to see our grandson participate in the Ontario high school hockey championship. The reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised having a pool and hot tub. We could have booked a hotel that was cheaper and closer to the action, but the hot tube was a feature that we wanted.
When we booked in, we were told by the hotel clerk that pool and the hot tub were closed for maintenance. I asked why this was not on their web site. The clerk told us that it was an emergency. We walked by the pool area, and it is obvious that this is not an emergency repair. There is major work being performed that would have been planned many weeks, even months in advance. Had this information been supplied to HOTELS.CA, we would have booked an alternative.
I asked for compensation, and the manager turned us down stating that he could not do anything because we had prepaid. We have had at least two other occasions, where a manager has offered free accommodation during our next visit because we were not satisfied with the accommodations.
There are two elevators. One of them has been inoperable except for a short period of time on the first night. The other elevator is slow.
One of the staff in the breakfast room was rude and dismissive to my partner.
The hotel’s TV system runs off a satellite instead of IPTV. On Tuesday, there was a snowstorm, so we had no TV.

We stayed in a 2 queen suite. Room was a nice size and clean. Staff were great. Kind and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options and a large breakfast room with plenty of seats.

The garbage in the bathroom wasn’t emptied from the previous client. There was only 1 cup when the room was booked for 2, there was nothing in the fridge not even a bottle of water

We slept really well as the beds were very comfortable and the air conditoning was very powerful. The free breakfast was better than expected.

The hotel is tucked back away from main rd ( Baseline rd) which is nice and quiet. Away from the busy traffic and shoppers.
The first day and first room the hallway and door to the room was dirty. The mirror in the room was cleaned with a dirty cloth.The carpet has had its day, the bed mattress topper was lumpy. Room for improvement.lLuv the Dove products. The second room was clean and furniture good shape. It was what I expected from the reviews read before booking. Clean nice comfortable. Breakfast meh.PS I moved rooms due to very angry loud persons voice booming through my room. The Front desk was very accomdating.

Breakfast was awful. Everything had run out before 9 and they never replenished anything.
Rooms heater was so loud it woke us up over and over. Terrible sleep and went hungry. Would not return.

The stuff was very very friendly! The hotel could use some updating. It is getting quite rundown. I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now, and although it’s clean, things need to be upgraded. The outside of the property is nice. The breakfast was excellent. And as I said before, the staff is fantastic!

The staff was great and check in was smooth. But after that it was not good at all. First of all it's 2023, everything charges via USB and this room had exactly ZERO USB charging ports. The only one was on the back of the TV and well it only works with the TV on so who wants to sleep with the TV on just to charge a phone or ipad. They have cheap alarm clocks that have USB ports if the owner spent a few bucks he could easily upgrade the rooms with this simple amenity. The windows only have sheer curtains so all the light from the street lights comes in. This place isn't worth $50 a night let alone $150... won't be back, ever.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. The rooms were massive and we were able to get ready and enjoy the rooms with all of our family. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was great also. If we are ever back in the area we will rebook this hotel.

Check in, check out and breakfast, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Bed was comfortable and I loved the choice of pillows. Was nice to come in to a cool room on a HOT day. Bit of a musty smell in the bathroom, but enjoyed the Dove products and lots of hot water. Keurig in the room was a nice touch.
Breakfast was beyond generous with lots of options. To-go coffee was handy as I went out the door to work. Will stay again.

Wonderful staff and clean hotel; very comfortable beds. We booked 3 rooms then unfortunately 1 couple couldn’t travel due to Covid. Although we called hotel, we weren’t able to amend on Expedia and we’re charged full room price plus tax for $281.00. Holiday Inn refused to reimburse or lower. Sorry to say that’s the last time I will be booking with Holiday Inn.

A good place for family to stay when visiting the area. The pool is great for kids.

I loved how quiet it was and how clean and friendly evwryone was. The only thing that can be worked on is the key cards . Mine stopped working 2 -3 times and it wasnt always around something to demagnitize it.
