Checkin was fast and they were very friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We had dinner at the restaurant and bar, drinks were wonderful and the food was great as well. Very attentive staff!

We were supposed to have free breakfast and parking. I didn't receive vouchers for the meal and had to pay 20.00 for parking.

We are unhappy with this hotel. We checked in around 4:30 PM on 4/26 and when we walked into the room it was a mess. Nothing was cleaned, the bed was unmade etc. We went back to the front desk and they apologized and gave us a new room. We accepted the room and went out for the evening. We did not get back to our new room until about 9 PM. We set the AC at 70º and it was awful. It sounded like a running lawn mower every 30 minutes. At approx. 12:20 AM we were abruptly woken up by someone knocking on our door. I told the person they had the wrong room and they went away. Five minutes later the front desk called us asking if we ordered food. Really? I can't believe they did this. I told the guy who knocked on our door they had the wrong room. Why would the front desk think they should disturb us again by calling so late in the evening. I'm in disbelief! We were sleeping. This is a bad stay for us. We spent almost $300 for one's night's stay before our vacation and we're starting it off exhausted because we got very little rest.

Good recently built hotel conveniently located doe the airport and the cruise ship terminal. First room a/c did not work properly and we were moved to a different room.
Beds are comfortable but are too high specially foe elderly travelers. Management noted that many people complained about this.

They were very helpful with the coming off the cruise crowd. And rooms were ready earlier than we expected so we could settle in and relax for the trip home the following day.

This was a wonderful hotel the staff were very helpful and the room was one of the best rooms I have yet to stay in. Although setting up the wake up call was a little different and confusing at first I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know that would be visiting the area. The added benefit of a parking garage attached to the hotel was a very pleasant surprise as well. The room also had a very nice work desk for use and a small couch with an coffee table that was very comfortable to use. The bed was very cozy and I believe they had weighted sheets/blankets which on my very busy business trip made relaxing in the room far easier. the staff were extremely helpful with the check-in and out process and with the slight error on my part for reserving the room for a second night. I didn't get to try the restaurant or the pool but from my passing it looked very well kept.

Was told we could request early check in for a fee showed up and was told Ridley by lady that I was never told that in which I was. We were 1st on the list for early check but they stood firm on making us wait until 2 pm. There were a ton of people sitting in hallways and sleeping at pools because they would not allow anyone to check in. There were a ton of people who checked out.

From the gate lady, to check in to shuttle in the morning - the staff was so helpful, friendly and kind! The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel.

We arrived a little early, but we could use the hotel amenities, the pool was very inviting. There’s a beautiful seating area, smoking, and non-. As well as the hotel has a restaurant. We ordered nachos and a chicken quesadilla and they were phenomenal!

After a long day of travel, we arrived to check in, only to find they cancelled oir reservation. They said they called once, when i was in the air flying and since i didnt answer they cancelled. So at midnight we were forced to find a different hotel. Super not impressed

Difficult time in getting someone to respond when we called from the airport to request a shuttle. Took at least 3 calls to get thru. Shuttle driver was excellent, great attitude, and friendly. Check in was fine, service at the lobby was friendly and efficient.

Great hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet that is full service. They also gave us two free coupons for glasses of wine in the bar. I highly recommend the Crown Plaza for anyone going on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale.

Our late-night check-in person was wonderful. So kind, so friendly. We really appreciated it after a plane cancellation and a delayed arrival on the replacement flight.

The shuttle was an absolute nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 and promptly called for the shuttle. Was told it was on its way. 1 hr later , I called for an update and they said it will be somewhere between 5-45 min. At 1 am we got picked up. Stopped at a hotel in a completely different direction, and then waited 30 min to check in. In bed after 2am. Do not use shuttle!!!!

The hotel is lovely. Minutes away from the cruise terminal which is why we stayed here. The bed was very comfortable. The room was big, modern and clean. The bathroom was nicely done. The hotel has a nice big pool which we didn't use, but it looked nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is convenient. Fun fact - across the street from the hotel is a little place called Piccolina's food truck. Excellent coffee and croissants for breakfast!

Understaffed, rooms not ready at checkin, no place to go or sit until rooms are ready, airport shuttle extremely restricted (1 shuttle 14 passenger max once per hour) with large groups travelling for cruises commonly out of this hotel it’s typically filled up for prime time 10 am the day before 5-6 hours before you can even checkin. Refused access to amenities like pool ect even though rooms where not ready at there 3 pm advertised check in. Location sucks if by foot unless you are coming in late and leaving early

Antonio at the Desk was great. Congenial and professional. He needed help tho. It was pretty busy so wait times were long. Shuttle was slow on way to hotel so we used an Uber; however, it was great to the airport. Tv didn’t work at night - perhaps the Direct TV was down. Hotel was clean and restaurant was good.
