No hot water in the kitchen , place is getting a little dated . otherwise all ok

Hotel stay our Rom was big but very nosey with people upstairs also we decided to have dinner service was soooooo slow staff were ok but then after long wait after getting dinner 15 min wait for bill we actually went up and payed at the bar as no one came back to us. Fridge in room not turned on and stank will not stay again. Only positive was breakfast was lovely

We went for a last minute 2 night escape. We had a 2 bedroom cottage and were amazed at the space. Everything was perfectly clean. The bathrooms appear to have been renovated recently. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and an evening meal one night. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and can’t fault the food. It did feel a little expensive but no complaints. We wandered into Aberfeldy on the Saturday and had lunch at a lovely place we stumbled across, the three lemons, highly recommended. Some lovely walks around the resort. We used the pool and hot tub and again no complaints. Couldn’t fault any of the staff who were all very pleasant and happy to help or advise. We will be back and have already recommended to others. Our only gripe would be the 10am checkout time, 11am feels more normal but guess with the size of the cottages and resort there is a lot of cleaning to be done on a changeover day.

Stayed a few times before, nice surroundings room was clean and enjoyed the stay.

Nice room very comfortable and spacious, Due to weather conditions on the 27th dec the power went down for a while however it did go back on later that day then they had problems with the boilers so unfortunately no hot water for the rest of my stay. There was showers in the changing rooms at the pool but as you can imagine they would be busy. Anyway apart for that i had a great time and wouldnt hesitate to return .

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the cottage. The only issue was the mattresses in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Apart from that the cottage is well appointed and the whole estate is lovely as are all the staff we encountered.

In the earlier part of this review I have given 5 stars for comfort, cleanliness and service so I don't really have anything to add to that.

Nice hotel at the outskirts of the town. Room was huge, maybe better for big families with need of extra bed.

Spa facilities, hot tub broken, steam room broken, sauna working but a big wooden panel broken and hanging off the wall and the pool, too crowded. Dinner at their restaurant, the food was ok. The menu was very limited so we ended up getting 5 starters to make a tapas style meal. Bedroom, bed was very old. As soon as you sat on it you were hitting the hard base. The bathroom, very clean but very dated. Beautiful stand alone Victorian style bath ruined by rust around the plug hole and various other spots. Would not recommend, sorry Moness.

Excellent location and the staff were very friendly. We had a cottage which had a great view. The sofa was a bit tired looking. The main restaurant food was just ok.

We stayed in a courtyard cottage which was a brilliant size for our needs. I brought my toddler and he absolutely loved it. It does have a stair gate at the top of the stairs which is very handy but one at the bottom would have been amazing as the ground level is all open plan. It’s grounds themselves aren’t the best for prams so keep in mind if walking into the town.

Comfort and Cosiness and plenty space for our 2yr old to run-around. Happy days.

Beautiful setting. Hotel has been modernised internally and the large spacious bedroom was well presented and clean. The bathroom was ginormous and the large Victorian style bath very welcoming after a day on the hills. The pool area was excellent and barely used during our visit. Can thoroughly recommend and we intend to return.

We enjoyed our stay. Everywhere was clean, but on closer look, a lot of decorating needs done. Our paint work needs touched up in our. Chalet and outside everywhere needs a face lift. Used the pool, great, but not the restaurant. Would stay again.

There are better alternatives which offer more value for money. The staff are nice but the rooms are tired and need a refurbishment. On the Saturday night I stayed, there was no Food available on the premises due to a wedding they were hosting. If you are a young family with kids, the pool would be great although not all the facilities were operational during my weekend. Overall, it was just about ok but I won’t be back.

Uncomfortable beds

Nice place but poorly maintained. On site food was not good and neither was the service. Room wasnt very clean on arrival and the house keeping (although friendly) did little more than make the beds and replenish consumables

Staff were very friendly. Good location for visiting the local area. Room was large. Breakfast was average. Shame bookings had to be made to use the pool. Restaurant had very limited hours so we ate in the town instead

Lots of positives from our one night stay here but as we were travelling with a toddler, there were a couple of things that made it a little more difficult than it could have been. First of all, and not the hotel's fault, there was an issue with the water supply which meant we couldn't bath our son in the evening. We had dinner in the Uisge restaurant which was fine but also had loud music blaring like it was a bar but at 6.30pm on a Sunday evening. Finally, we took our son to the pool in the morning for what we were told was the kids swimming session and the pool room and water temperature were so cold that we had to take him back out after a few minutes as he was shivering (other families who were in the pool were also complaining about the cold). Overall, it was a nice place to spend a night but could certainly be a little better for families!

We stayed in a junior suite in the hotel. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice facilities although hotel rooms could so with air conditioning as tgey were very warm in spite of having the windiws open.

We stayed in a cottage. Was great, had everything we needed. Loved the friendly ducks. The spa and pool were great too.

Just felt places need some attention, carpets look tired amd bits a bit grubby

Very comfortable. The area is lovely and peaceful. I would suggest to not rely on the satnav to guide you. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Love staying at the moness staff are very friendly and facility’s are great clean comfortable all you need for a perfect stay

We are very happy with our 3 days stay in the cottage. Very quiet place, nice souranding, friendly staff, leisure facilities are a bonus.

Really pleasant staff, upstairs restaurant was particularity good, breakfast was average but service was good, pool amenities good albeit decor a little tired
