This hotel is such a gem! We loved the sleek cabin style design of the hotel and cozy rooms. We were on the 2nd floor and had a great view of the valley. The staff was so lovely and made sure my family and I (toddler included) had everything we needed. They also had a staff member on hand every evening to help us plan and coordinate our day hikes in the area. At the end of each day, it was nice to take a plunge in the hot tub and enjoy the sauna (by reservation). Overall the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If I’m lucky enough to make it back to El Chalten, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Service was top shelf. Great access to town and hiking trails. Hotel has a hiking guide available to guests every day. Guide was a great help, friendly and well informed. Nice recovery room for post hike TLC.

Absolutely amazing service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help us during our stay. The views from the room and the breakfast area were out of this world and the beds were very very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel in El Chaltén! First, the room view to the valley/mountains is astonishing!!! The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the services (including hot stones massage) are amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend!

This place is great! Views from the room were unbeatable, the bar + restaurant were quite good, and the spa (hot tubs + saunas) was a huge bonus, especially after long hikes. But mostly the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and gave us a ton of advice about hikes, restaurants, etc...

Beautiful property with easy access to main hiking trails. Our room had the view of Fitz Roys and the village. Picture perfect.
We did some research on hikes before arriving but really appreciated that they had a very knowledgeable Concierge (Nacho) on staff. He helped us plan our hikes for the day. Excellent masseuse. She knew what to so with people dealing with sciatica pain. Food was good.
The only complaint is that we couldn’t control the room temperature. It got too hot for us at night but we couldn’t open the window due to fierce wind.
Enjoy the stay and we definitely will recommend this place to our friends.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Any hiking questions you have anyone at the front desk can answer and offer suggestions. The box lunch you can purchase is massive and delicious and well worth the price. The rooms are great. Breakfast is delicious. We ate one night in the restaurant and it was very good. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. This is the place to stay in El Chalten

Marciano (sp?) Was fantastic!!! From the minute we walked in he made us feel at home. We had a large group and he made sure everyone was taken care of. His knowledge of the hiking routes, and best times was spot on. The hotel, the town, the hiking, the people made this a group favorite 😍

Very freindly and helpful staff. Especialy many thanks to Luciana. She is very sweet, she helped us with anything what we asked. She is the best!!! I would highly recomend this hotel.

Valentina and Mariano in reception were very helpful and welcoming. Lula and Majo in the restaurant were incredible. Also, the rest of the staff from the bar to room service to the spa were exceptional. And be sure to talk to Ignacio before you start your trekking. He is an amazing and knowledgeable person.

Traveled a lot around the world but never stayed in a hotel like this before. Best customer service, clean, comfortable bed, always smiling and more than eager to help staffs, still have not been able to get over it. Great property - easy access to some trails. Only negative- not walkable to bus stop if you have luggage due to road to hotel is on a hill and all gravel.

This place is pretty upscale and nicer than many of hotels I've stayed at. It's super close to the Laguna trailheads and the rooms have good views of the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast and onsite restaurant were really good and made it really convenient to fuel up around long days of hiking. If you're not hiking, they have really nice lounge areas and open seating areas. At the time of my stay, one of the restaurant staff played live jazz with his band and they had a local trail expert giving hiking tips at the bar. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Beautiful property in El Chaltén! The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the staff is very helpful. If you’re interested in hiking, many of the trailheads are within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The owner of the hotel was extremely rude and disrespectful, insulting its guests and yelling. The hotel accidentally charged me twice. The wifi in our room didn’t work, the lights when we got there

Excellent property with a great view and location. Very friendly staff who was able to advise us on what to do in El Chalten. On site restaurant/bar with good dining options and good spa which was able to accommodate our request on short notice. The only reason I am giving it four start rather than five was a mix up in our assigned rooms. Despite confirming that rooms would be next to each other, we discovered on check in that they were assigned on different floors, however, they were able to sort that out. Also the room key cards are kind of hit or miss - we had to swipe them multiple times to open the rooms and one stopped working midway through our stay.

3 nights in El Chalten, and this hotel is very comfortable. Very good breakfasts.Scenery unbelievable, and large room. Only downside is getting to the little town, which is at the National Park. We didn’t have a car so walked everywhere.

Great place. Close to the best hikes in the area. Gorgeous views. Try to get the valley view rooms. The other side has a street light on all night right by the hotel (and blackout curtains still let a lot of light in).

Excellent location. The breakfast was very good. The jacuzzi in the room was a nice addition after a long day’s hike. They did not help with carrying our bags to our room during check-in.

The hotel was nice except for our room was located on the second floor and there is no lift. The staff was very helpful and carried our luggage but not having a lift available did bother. Room and bath were comfortable but not great. Breakfast was very good.

Great service, very friendly, knowledgeable for treks. Has a spa and whirlpool bath. At the start of the los cerros hike so you can do it as soon as you arrive.
