Pretty good. Bathroom shower leaked into bathroom floor (NOT my doing). Little older rooms but adequate.

The room could have been a little cleaner but was ok. Was a little pricey and we could have stayed somewhere else for less but just expected better for the price.

Hotel was dirty, carpet in room was filthy and in need of deep shampooing or replacement. Evident damage on wall near tub that was hastily patched and caulked. Caulk around inside of tub was moldy and textured floor of tub was stained. Will not stay again.

We have stayed in this hotel before. It's extremely convenient to both Merritt Island and Orlando Wetlands. Last year, we had a fabulous experience in this hotel. This year, both couples on different floors found the rooms smelled like mold/wet dog. Seemed to be an air conditioning issue. It was so strong, it caused one of us to have an allergic reaction and need to go to urgent care for treatment after we got home. The restaurant was very good although we did get an expired container of milk that smelled bad. The other container was fine. Restaurant was understaffed, so service was slower than usual. The hotel keys kept not working, presumably because cell phones deprogram them. Trying to keep the key away from my cell phone was a challenge since they both live in my purse and my wallet is part of my cell phone case.

The room we had backed up to the elevator and all night we kept hearing the cables of the elevator moving. Neither of us got any sleep.

The Staff is friendly and helpful. The outward is clean and quaint. The rooms are cleanly, but the bed experience was horrible. I was move to another room after my 1st room king size bed felt like laying on a sheet of plywood snapped in half. The 2nd room king size bed was just a little better. I have slept in a MRAP( Mine resistance armor personel vehicle) in the middle of Iraq that felt better . The sales manager did offer breakfast and deduction from my bill at checkout, but the back issues for my wife and I was still there. Great place to stay but ask for 2 queen beds!!!!!!!

Check in was easy, front desk staff recommended restaurant downstairs so after we went up stairs and dropped off our bags we headed down for dinner with our family we were traveling with that we’re staying in another room. Restaurant was empty that should have been our first clue but we sat. Waitress came over smelled like cigarettes, gross when we’re about to have dinner with small children especially. We ordered she came back they were out of 2 items so we chose something else. Food came out and it was on the verge of inedible. Everything was frozen and fried and not even fried well. One guest had fish and chips he took one bite and said the fish was rancid and the fries were all mushy. Another ordered nachos it wasn’t even with real cheese it was canned cheese blobbed on a pile of chips, another had wings that weren’t fried all the way 1/2 cooked 1/2 under, fruit for kids meal was rotten. Just gross. Went back upstairs and noticed we got a handicap room without a tub. That’s not what we booked. With children we needed the tub. The sink had holes the toilet has a piece broken off that looks like they used some white paint to stick back on. Rust all in the shower, there was hair left in the shower from whoever stayed there before us. Bed was hard as a rock pillows were flat as pancakes. Tv was miniature size. Very disappointed. Didn’t expect the ritz but for $168 a night in a little town we expected what the pictures showed. The pictures are a lie. Don’t stay here!
