Location is excellent and premises too.
Breakfast is fair I expected a little more for the amount I paid for the room.
Lack of parking lot control. Many cars that did not belong to the hotel were in the parking lot.
Lack of information on the beach umbrellas, and of bottles of water. Sometimes we’re charged and others not.

Great apart hotel right on the beach. The rooms are simple but spacious. The hotel breakfast spread is wonderful with options for everyone. Direct pool and beach access with lounge chairs for both really tipped our experience over the edge, in a good way! It is right on the main road and easily accessible. Staff are fabulous.
Pretty great stay all around. The rooms could use an upgrade as it is evident they are aged, but overall this was a minor point.

Great location by the beach with sun beds on the sands and a pool. Basic apartment with essentials and nice balcony. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful
The kitchen apartment can use some renovation and a bit more kitchen stuff

Great location right near the ocean, good breakfast, unlimited coffee and a very hospitable stuff.
We didn’t want to leave the hotel and would like to come back for sure😊

we stayed for one night to enjoy some beach time while on our Madeira holiday and it was totally worth it. Excellent location by the beach. No restaurant but a pool bar with some food options, which was welcome. All staff were really friendly and helpful.

The place is great! Best in Porto Santo. Personal is very kind and helpful. We have got fruits and vine. The kitchen equipment is perfect, everything is useful. There is a minimarket, it is very good. Clean ocean and beach.
We hated smoke from cigarettes from the neighboring balcony. We would appreciate an insect net at least in the bedroom.

Very nice accommodation. Beach is wonderful.
I visited during the Covid pandemic. I understand the need for their modifications and felt safe. Breakfast was not available as they usually have, however, they could have expanded the menu at the pool facility to include eggs, omelets, pastry, etc., rather than their usual menu of only sandwiches (toast) until 12 pm.
The staff was generally very helpful but not all.

Location was excellent and the bar by the swimming pool offered a wide range of food options
Extremelly expensive for the facilities and cleaningness it provided. Half the electrical plugs and lights did not work. Could hear all the neighbors. Every day ants everywhere in the flat and the swimming pool was always with most of the stretchers "reserved" for hours eventhough this was clearly forbidden.

- opening hours of the convenience store slightly late (8:30) for early breakfast with fresh bead

Excellent location, very friendly and attentive staff, especially at the reception, the facilities are not new but very good, the apartments are well equipped and spacious. A very good restaurant is located just across the street and some others 15-20 min walking distance. I would definitely go again!
My apartment was not very clean and the bedsheets had a strange smell. It was not the case with the other apartments were my family stayed.
