The staff at check were beyond friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The coffe and breakfast was amazing. We would definitely come back.

The rooms were good, however our ice machine didn’t work and I had to go to another floor to find one. Went to the pool but it was freezing cold I had expected it to be heated because it was an indoor pool. We were close to everything which was great. However coming home late after the show we went to there was no parking available due to an event that was happening in the property and we had to park on the street, we did ask to be refunded the parking fee due to this and they obliged. Food was good as expected.

My stay with my family was very bad. At the time of check-in, they wanted to charge me $15 for parking, something they never mentioned on their website, and I told them to clean me every day and they didn't. They did it, the bathroom didn't work, they kept throwing water out of the toilet all the time and we couldn’t rest, and the worst thing was when my wife went to the gym, and asked for towels at the front desk, they told her that if she works in the hotel, and they couldn't give her any, that's racism . We will never go back to that place again.

The room was amazing and everything was fantastic - especially the rainfall shower head and the breakfast offerings. The only negative was that the pool heater and spa weren't working, so my son didn't really get to swim. Everything else was wonderful.

The first room that was given to me smelled really bad and a dog was right next door. However, the front desk clerk was accommodating and changed my room. The tv stations were not that appealing, they should look into netflix or streaming apps.

Like the fact that it was clean but the toilet got plugged and there was no hand soap but there was a little bar soap and not enough towels and when we asked for towels and call downstairs the girl at the front desk said they couldn't bring them just a little bit disappointing and when we went downstairs for breakfast I was coming to my wife we should go eat upstairs in the room and some lady walking around said oh you can take your food upstairs you have to eat here so we looked at each other and said screw it or just check out early and go eat somewhere else that was a bit disappointing not sure why after that comment my wife got a little bit upset like if we were little kids so we checked out early I went to go eat somewhere else......

Breakfast was good and staff working and cleaning were awesome. Frustrating that ice machine on my floor didn’t work, either did machine on floor above so had to go 2 floors up to get ice.

I am disappointed that this location is associated with the Embassy name. I booked the 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed intentionally for my kids to have the option of staying with us on the pull out bed. There was 1 extra pillow but no linen so I called down and was told they had NO EXTRA LINEN! How does a hotel not have enough linen for the number of people the room advertises it accommodates?!

We enjoyed our stay at ES, although the breakfast was mediocre at best. Also late check out is now $25/hr, which is a non-starter. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Nice flat screens in two rooms. Nice view of the mountains from the 6th floor. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Ontario Mills mall is 6 min away. All good.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. Furniture and restroom needs updates. Staff was great. Loved breakfast and the complimentary drinks and light snacks.

The rooms were out dated. We were put in a handicap room with poor water pressure, poor lighting and a hard bed

This hotel was nice, however, there were a couple of things that were unsatisfactory. Toilet seat was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it. Contacted the front desk. They were very apologetic. There was a loose fitting on the handicap handle. The sink drain stopper wasn’t able to be lifted. The basin filled with water and slow to drain. Water in the toilet was hot. Unusual.

Staff was rude and youg lady was too busy on her phone to care about what I thought Also $200 deposit is ridiculous! Ice machine didn’t work and because I was upset about deposit they put me right by the main entrance and by the elevators so I could hear everything and unable to get a good night sleep! I could say more but I will leave it at that!

I love staying at an embassy suite because they provide suite rooms without the crazy prices. It’s nice to have a sitting area and a separate room. I definitely feel like I get my money’s worth when I stay here.
We did have an issue with the air conditioning. We contacted the front desk and they promptly addressed the situation by moving us to another room with working AC. Thank you for your prompt attention to our situation. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was fine but the shower could use an update. The staff gave us a bit of grief when we asked for an extra blanket and pillow. The breakfast is great. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Tons of options and you can make your own omelette. French toast was great.

Nice stay. Didn’t like that I ordered dinner to “pick up” from the restaurant downstairs (to avoid the excessive delivery fee). The young lady really said to me, well doesn’t your company pay for it? HUGE turnoff. Ruined what was almost a perfect business trip!

Customer service was excellent, but the downside was that swimming/spa area was unavailable the whole weekend. I would have scored it higher if it was available, which is partly why i booked the room and location.

After a long week at a workshop, it was nice to stay at hotel to relax , have dinner, and a drink.

Over a 4-night stay, purely to stay out of the heat... At arrival, toilet seat was broken (replaced within 30 minutes). For 4 people, only one wash cloth and 3 towels - needed to ask for more (daily). Moved rooms after 1st night to a preferred location - roach on kitchen floor; no bedding available for pull-out sofa bed, only two pillows; when asked for bedding, response was they ran out and don't have anymore. More pillows were brought much later. At 11pm, asked for more toilet paper. Response was they don't have anyone to bring it up but that we could go down to get it from the front desk (extremely inconvenient). Made to order breakfast service was fantastic! However, empty serving trays last 30 minutes of breakfast time was not refilled except on day 4. Workers were quick to end service promptly and removed trays and coffee pots immediately and turned down the lights to signal time was up. Then they disappeared to the back and went on breaks. Leaving guests in dark. Tables were not cleared for more than an hour after breakfast time ended. So what was the rush for?
For the purpose of staying out of the heat, the stay was great. Check-in and check-out was fast, easy and courteous.

the space in the rooms was nice, we like having a living room and a bedroom. There are only 3 elevators for 6 floors, when we checked in on Friday 1 wasn't working when we left Sunday 2 weren't working. The hook to hang a towel in the bathroom had been pulled out and not replaced and the shower was slow to drain.
