Lovely property, amazing staff and beautiful rooms. Will be back!

An amazing residence. You never feel like you are staying in a hotel while in the residence - it is like a spacious home - well built and quiet with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Awesome 3 bedroom 4 bathroom unit was more than enough space for our family of 7. The staff is amazing and quick to respond to our every request. The only bummer was the internet in this unit wasn't working. The fix was to use the internet from the units underneath and above us. It worked some of the time and didn't work in parts of our unit.

Fireplace in the unit was broken and there wasn’t staff to fix it. It was snowing all day and it was very disappointing to try and turn on the fireplace and find out it didn’t work. We called to the front desk and they had someone come look at it. They said they didn’t have anyone to fix it. The fireplace was one of the reasons we chose this unit.

Room, staff, and location were amazing. The team really cares for the guests and goes out of there way to make sure of that.

Great location 5 min walk to the ski lift, convenient ski locker and shop at base of ritz with quick shuttle ride to Lionshead. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk (or 8 min shuttle ride) to vail village but we mostly stayed in Lionshead. Great 3 bedroom residence, nice bar with food and s’mores, and hot tub/pool.

This was a really nice stay. It was quiet easy and very helpful when questions came up!

Very nice staff and excellent vail property. Looks and feels like all the other high end resorts in town. No real restaurant on site but there are so many options right nextdoor it doesn’t matter. The two bedroom condo plus den was very spacious and absolutely accommodates 4 adults .

Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. Beautiful property and condo. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Our two bedroom private residence had a full kitchen with all the kitchen utensils and pots and pans, steam shower in the main bedroom, heated floors in master bathroom, huge fold out couch, two comfortable beds inn2nd bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, a gas fireplace with a fan, wrap around patio, dinning room area with a huge circle table and floor to glass ceilings all around, and last but not least a Nespresso maker (and regular coffee maker). Staff was incredible they out there entire trip. Really well done property. Someone is doing it very right here.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom residence for our wedding week and everything was perfect. Everybody in the hotel staff was so friendly and amazing, from the front desk to the valet team they all made us feel so special. Could not ask for a better stay.

Hotel residences were nice with spacious rooms. Evening live music was nice. A little dated and daily cleaning was not offered. Great location.

I did not like the condo we stayed in (#308). Many things were broken or did not work. On the day we arrived, I requested that a window shade in the living room be fixed because it blocked the view of the mountains. On the third day it was still not fixed, and when I went to the property manager's office they had no record of the original request.

Beautiful room. Rude front desk. Concierge never returned calls or helped with any bookings.

The hotel was great, service amazing. The apt was a little dated and we were told it is scheduled to be updated.

The property is centrally located. Easy access to everything and shuttle service is exceptional.

Room was amazing with plenty of space and a great kitchen. Steam shower was relaxing and we loved having DVD players with each tv. Easy walk to Lionshead village and great pool area, too. Only shortfall was the bed was a bit too soft for my taste.

Beautiful place with exceptional staff within walking distance to Lionshead, vail village and the gondola. Everything about our trip was made so easy with the staff on hand. The condo was very spacious for our party of 6. It was technically a 2 bedroom but had another private room with a pull out sofa making it extremely comfortable for our family.

What a wonderful property with fantastic staff! Everyone from the front desk, concierge, ski valet to the shuttle drivers were friendly and went out of their way to help. They made our family ski trip one to never forget!

This place delivered the same stellar service that we've come to expect when we stay at RC but with a luxury " punch" as far as space and attention to details. Just a beautiful property. I don't require luxe digs when I'm out riding or skiing. I like the out of doors and when I'm there I don't need 5 star. However, it's difficult not to enjoy the facilities and the staff here. Stay here. Use the pool. Use the fantastic workout facility - perfect but for the loud out-of-shape lady more interested in blathering on than working out. Super staff. Spot - awn. This is the best place to stay at Vail.

The staff cannot be beat - they were all wonderful, especially the valets who were full of information. The rooms are beautiful and the location perfect. Would definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful resort. Great facilities and location. TV was broken but the staff accommodated us well.

We are new to CO and this was our first trip to the mountains. 3-night vacation was an 18th birthday present / Thanksgiving treat to our kids and the hotel and the unit were both fantastic. Very well-located for Eagle Bahn (Lionshead) gondola and shops. Beautiful, classy apartment. Plenty of space for 6. Never heard a sound from the corridor or other apartments. Loads of light. Well-stocked kitchen (the only thing missing for us was a roasting pan, so we bought a foil one at Safeway). Decent range of cable channels. Every staff member we met was friendly, cheerful and helpful. [The check-in people did give me inaccurate information about local nail facilities, but I survived. Candi Johns is just a hair salon and hasn't had a nail tech in years.] Our only real gripe in 4 days was that when we needed to leave (after getting extended check-out until late afternoon), we called down and wasted 20 minutes of daylight driving time waiting for help. Eventually, we gave up and carried our bags down. We were considering coming back over Presidents' Day, but the cost for these units skyrockets and the World Ski Championship 2015 is being held nearby (so we figure that will make Vail super busy with skiers from Beaver Creek who can't ski their own slopes), so we have found a neat place in Breckenridge instead. Note: no restaurant or full spa. Tip: try the Little Diner. 5 minutes walk away. Nice place open 7 - 2. Breakfast all the time along with sandwiches, crepes.
