We stayed several days in this lovely hotel.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had one of the best showers I've had in Mexico.
The staff were very nice and helpful; when we asked for an extra blanket and a hair drier they provided both in no time.
The cleanliness standards are superb and every day they left us toiletries, tissues, juice and water.
They also arranged our tour to the Canyon del Sumidero and helped my partner when he needed to print and scan a document.
I would not hesitate to recommend this friendly hotel.

The staff tried by all means to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were helpful and worked very hard to get everything we needed (a remedy for an upset stomach, a thread and needle, touristic orientation) and more.
The hotel is cute, clean, and comfortable. A great, affordable place to stay in San Cristobal.
