Our stay was great! The only negative was the breakfast. It wasn't the same quality as the rest of the stay.

I was here for business and was given a quiet, clean experience. The room was set up nicely for business meetings.

We came for a family memorial in New Norway. Room was nice but outdated. Breakfast and dinner buffet was included but food was just edible. Pool, hot tub, and water slide were closed during our stay.

Room was ready earlier than 4 which was nice as we did arrive early. The beds were not too comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at room was very roomy as were put in a accessible room all in all was a alright stay

Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious.

I booked and PAID for my room in December and stayed end of March. I booked a ground floor pet friendly room, and got the second floor. Last year when I checked in for a ground floor they said it was first come first served and this year although I arrived just after noon to check in to just get my room, the front desk clerk said they picked people at random to ground floor rooms. I was not happy having to do stairs all weekend with a broken rib.

stayed with two kids and my wife. Room was amazing! clean and modern! Kids enjoyed the water slide and mini pancakes bite are breakfast.

I like having a casino there it's nice wide open space good parking but that was the most uncomfortable bad I've slept in a long time. Good breakfast as well

The extra charge for the buffet when booking was unfair and not apparent. This seems a bit shady as I was not aware of this add-on.

Pool has high level of chemicals. Stairs are without carpet and exposed nails.

We were storm stayed and asked to check in a little early. Was told it’s not busy and room is ready but would not accommodate an early check in. And told me $10 per hour for early check in ? Wow. So came back at 2:00 at check in time and was told I am early. It was 1:58. Just not accommodating at all. Name was Lisa

The front desk clerc was super friendly and accommodating. Great service, 5stars given to the front desk.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we appreciated the condition and cleanliness of this location. The buffet dinner that was included was quite adequate as was the breakfast. We would stay there again, and for what it is worth we could have had a better rate directly with the facility than we had booking through Hotels.com

Lot of free parking, quick and friendly checkin, large room, free hot breakfast, very clean. There is a pool but never got a chance to use it.

We paid for a KING room with Sofa bed…and didn’t have a sofa bed….we had two chairs. The bed was hard….
LOTS of banging noise from the room above until near midnight.
The Buffet supper was a nice surprise….the staff were great.

A bit chaotic seeing it was New Year’s Eve , but ok

Bathroom was dirty and the tub had hair and dirt in it. Half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and ran out of Kleenex after only a couple uses. Tub would not drain, another guest had the same issue. Beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast was almost empty when we arrived at 8:00am and was barely refilled so we left.

Booked for hot tub and pool, hot tub wasn’t working correctly luke warm noticed staff and they were not concerned, buffet breakfast wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything special
