Very good location and excellent staff. But for me the bed was too low to the ground and it made it very difficult to get out of bed!

Elizabeth was such a warm and loving person. It is located very close to the Grotte and other sights to see. Lots of small cafes nearby.
I liked that there was no TV to distract me from such a beautiful place.

The actual stay at the property was wonderful. Very short walk to Marian Shrine. However, communication with the property via travelocity was slow and difficult (no response to our message stating arrival time of 1930 7Apr) Propertyemail clearly states checkin from 1500 to 2000 1April-30 Oct. Received terse email saying arrival after 1900 not acceptible. Mismatch between website and 7Apr email was stressful and rude. Please be consistent with messaging in future.

Very convenient spot to visit the Grotto. Very clean rooms. Small dining area was a pleasant surprise! Very affordable! Dining options nearby. Just follow the check in/check out instructions and you will have a nice stay.
