From beginning to end my stay at The Crofting Inn was great. Upon a late arrival I met with Krista who is the homeowner Gail's daughter. She was kind, gave me the rundown of the house and suggestions of local places to eat or visit at. Gail's place is charming, well kept, clean, cozy, adorably decorated and in the NM mountains which I thought were stunning (first time ever to NM). Gail was great and I enjoyed our conversations prior to my departure. For my first time in NM and first time at the B&B it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend to stay there.

Cute and cozy bed and breakfast. Stayed in Andrew's room and the only issue I had was the claw footed bath/shower. Being a senior I was concerned about using and chose not to. Soap would be a nice enhancement for the bath/shower as well. Breakfast was delicious and found innkeepers to be very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again, but perhaps select another room. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Crofting Inn was a beautiful place to stay! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean and had a cute little private patio. The main house had amazing decor (antiques and seasonal pieces that were just plain awesome!) and the front porch was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the weather! Will be staying again the next time we go to the mountains!

The only thing it lacked was an outdoor space to sit and relax.

Nice and quiet

Staff makes you feel right at home. It’s almost like being in a hallmark movie. Breakfast was great. Coffee excellent. The entire property is nice. Super clean. Views are nice close to anything in cloudcroft. Will be back.

My stay at The Crofting Inn, hosted by Gail and her family, was truly delightful. The festival decorations added a charming touch to the atmosphere. Gail's breakfasts were not only delicious but also a highlight of my mornings. Engaging in great conversations with Gail and her family made me feel right at home. The cozy ambiance of the house made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend The Crofting Inn for a warm and inviting getaway.

10/10 will never stay anywhere else in Cloudcroft. The owners are so nice. We made a very last minute reservation and turns out they were actually closed but hotels.com went ahead and let us make the reservation. They went out of their way and gave us a room anyways and even made muffins to go for us in the morning!!! Super family friendly place to stay. Quiet, quaint little place with lots of trees and shade.

I absolutely loved my stay! It felt far away, but was a short/easy walk to town. The room was very clean and the owners/family were so welcoming and wonderful. I’m coming back to Cloudcroft next year and look forward to staying here again.

My sister and I stayed at The Crofting Inn for one night. We really enjoyed the charm of the place. Our hostess was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

My room was very clean and the staff were very friendly which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast service was very good and the group seating arrangement made for an inviting atmosphere where I met many pleasant families. I will definitely stay again when I am in that area.

Our visit to Cloudcroft and stay at The Crofting Inn was a very pleasant surprise! The Inn is off the beaten path, but only a very short walk down to the shops & restaurants in town. The building is older but very well taken care of and clean. The rooms aren't huge, but they are cozy. Our room had a coffee maker, microwave, and all the linens we needed, just bring your own toiletries. Understand you are staying in a forested area, not Times Square, so plan accordingly. Gail & Scott are the loveliest people and very accommodating to requests. They prepared a delicious and satisfying breakfast each morning, which we weren't expecting, and it kept us fueled all morning during our hikes in the forest. This was a perfect place for my husband and me to stay for a peaceful, relaxing, and romantic getaway. We definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful bed and breakfast nestled in an idyllic setting! The staff is so kind and accommodating. If you are going to arrive after check-in hours, CALL AND LET THEM KNOW! There is no email with key retrieval instructions that Expedia indicates! They do accomodate late check-ins, they just need to know that you are for sure still coming! Seriously, nicest people, definitely enhance the Cloudcroft experience!

I enjoyed this very pleasant departure from a string of impersonal motel rooms. Like the overall inn, the room itself was attractively rustic, but it turned out to be a little less comfortable than optimal due to my physical requirements.

Very lovely bed and breakfast with a lot of character!

Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners were nice and friendly, the breakfasts were hot and tasty, and they even accommodated my need for gluten free breakfast! We loved that they were pet friendly, as we brought our pup on this trip, too. We will stay here again!

We lucked out and met the owner as we drove up. We had not received any information on how to get into the property with the door code. It worked out because he was there! Very quaint, nice room, comfy ned
