Friendly staff, and a beautiful country environment, we loved our stay.

Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses.
Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable.

THE GREAT
Hassle-free check-in\out, private, secure, great water pressure, fast free wi-fi, 5min drive to Haynes shops, Friendly owners are close by if you need something, great parking, good aircon in every room, Even though its on a working estate it is still quiet - no being woken by machinery etc. All modern appliances (including washer/dryer). toilet separate from bathroom. Clean FRESH linen on beds. Looks exactly like the online photos
SLIGHTY LESS GREAT
Mattresses are a bit lumpy and could use a deep clean.
4.75/5 stars - will absolutely book again

The hosts were able to accommodate my late arrival into Perth (which I had notified them of in advance), for which I was extremely grateful. They were fantastic! The suite had great facilities. Very comfortable bed, neat bathroom, good kitchen facilities. Clean and tidy throughout. Ample space to park the car. Their information folder had heaps of handy hints about the place and surrounds. It was a lovely property. It was a shame that I didnt have the time to explore, but guests are invited to have a look around.I underestimated the time that it took to travel between the lodge and Perth CBD, but it was easy to travel between the two. Shopping facilities were only a short drive away. I feel that you would need a vehicle to comfortably get around Perth from this accommodation. Overall, a lovely place to stay and would recommend it to anyone - except if you need to be very close to the CBD.
