Hotel Kapeller Innsbruck

From the moment we arrived for check in, the reception staff was welcoming, courteous & kind. She provided us with our Innsbruck Welcome Card, so we were able to use the public transportation for free! She also suggested the restaurant 1 minute just down the street would be appropriate for dinner, & indeed it had quite attentive service, & the meal was delicious! The room was super spacious & comfortable - I especially appreciated the queen sized bed, which gave me very good nights of sleep! The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of foods - my partner especially liked the espresso machine, which made his latte very well. The property was super clean from the lobby to the room, & the shower was great too! A wonderful stay at a very well maintained property - it is highly recommended!

My partner like to have a coffee/tea kettle in the room, but that is a minor inconvenience that the very good breakfast more than compensated for!

The property was in a very good location, accessible with both public transport and private car. There are a lot of parking spaces and underground parking for the guests. The room was big and clean and easy to access. The staff were very friendly.

Extremely friendly and cooperative staff. Nice room, very clean. Comfortable bathroom.. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend

Nothing

well located, good enough for 1-stop while driving. Free parking.

we have a room for 3, the extra bed was very uncomfortable, made a lot noice. my room was close to the smoking area so all smoke went to the bedroom, and couldn't open the windows until late.
