Check in was at a different location than the studio where I stayed. Apple Maps also shows “Residence Lenno” at a different location than the correct address s make sure you read all the details in the booking app to get the correct address and instructions on where to check-in. Other than that, it was a great stay! Super easy to walk to Villa de Balbianello and the scenery is beautiful.

Superb value for money. Great location, a short walk from the lakeside promenade. As mentioned on other reviews, there's no path on the road outside the residence but there's a crossing to a cobbled lane that you can use to get to the promenade, avoiding the road. Great location for the ferry stop too. And, yes you have to check in at another hotel but its right outside the ferry stop on the way to the residence and the staff are lovely. We had a partial lake view room, which looked to have an equivalent view of the lake from the balcony as the full lake view, but a shorter length of sun on the balcony itself. Comfy, firm beds and quality linens and towels. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a comfy base to explore the area. Location-wise, we found Lenno to be one of the better destinations on the lake - beautiful views, a selection of bars/restaurants and much less crowded than other places we visited.

loved the pool can use the one at residence or hotel. The view was stunning and staff so so friendly and helpful.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the Lake and Ferry Port. Great access to other areas across the Lake. Quiet location but perfect for exploring. There’s a gorgeous bakery minutes walk away on the main road and multiple options for eating out. Parking is available at the apartments and there’s also a car park next door. Air conditioning works perfectly, rooms are clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.
