Amazing staff from reception to the team at gate, great food both room service as well as breakfast
They spent big money on renovating all floors and restaurants but forgot to upgrade bathroom fittings which is the main area for a guest to have good shower.
The choice and condition of soap dispenser was horrible, it was stinking. Room 110 if someone try to wash hand with the soap he will pile.

The day-shift staff were very friendly and supportive, and I really appreciated their service. However, my experience with the night-shift staff was a little disappointing. My brother’s young son had come to stay with us as a guest, and I requested that he be accommodated in our room. Unfortunately, the night-shift staff were not very supportive and did not allow the request. I hope the management can look into this and provide more flexibility and understanding for such genuine guest requests in the future.
