Very accommodating with animals. Was very happy with the stay.

Booked the room late in the evening with no problem. The property was clean comfortable and very easy to locate. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Best money spent for a last minute decision to stay.

Mildew in the bathroom, light did not work, carpeting dirty. Will not recommend for anyone.

Very clean, comfortable and service was outstanding. Great breakfast was provided.

It was raining outside and there was a horrible leak in the lobby that could’ve been to very dangerous. Also, there was something wrong with her air conditioner in the room and it was excessively loud when it ran. We are also right next to the elevator and get her going up and down all night too much noise.

Overall it was a great experience and the staff was friendly.

Other than the elevator being broke (which was fixed within 12 hours) it was a nice experience. Actually exceeded expectations. Will stay here again.

This hotel is probably quite a bit nicer when they have more staff. Everyone was very kind despite being visibly overwhelmed and tired.

Pleasantly surprised really a great value!

After checking in to our room, noticed a musty/weird smell and then also found several ants near the window and AC unit which we had to request them to come spray for. After settling down for the evening my husband found several bed bugs crawling around in his bed and my daughter's bed. We notified the staff and they came to the room to see, but said they could not confirm or deny if they were bed bugs (they clearly were). We had to wake my daughter up and then we were moved to a different room. We tried to see if our first night could be refunded or partial refund, but didn't receive one by the hotel or hotel.com (basically told we wouldn't get one unless they confirmed they actually had bed bugs). We then asked if hotels.com would move us to a different hotel but they said we would have to pay for it. So after thoroughly checking the new room and being paranoid for the rest of our trip, we stayed. Bed skirt in the new room had something nasty smeared all over it, and couple gnats flying around.

Someone threw their trash outside our room window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they promptly went out and took care of it.

Walls are very thin, first night we were kept awake by someone playing video games all night, second night we were kept awake by a dog. Cleanliness is okay, phone hardly works, tv remote did not work, water was very soft, the water fountain did not work, the front entrance doors were broken, and more. The highlight of this stay was the front desk lady.
