Room was clean and nicely laid out. Bed was comfortable. Overall decent. I was there only one night and was gone by 4:30 am so I didn't have time to enjoy my stay.

It is a nice quiet hotel, a bit pricey but worth the money. No complaints however the parking can be a bit confusing the way it operates. I liked the view of the airport apron and runway to watch planes arrive and depart! Will probably stay here again. (this was my second time)

Just an over night. Didn't use all the amenities. Very clean and comfortable.

The internet was very difficult to connect to. Still no ideal how to connect to it. The shower had very little pressure. Small TV and far away from the bed.

Fantastic location and reasonably priced. Too bad they bought the pillows from the dollar store. Speaking with two other couples that stayed there also, the problem was the same. Great place and staff but terrible cheap pillows.

A well located hotel near the Hollywood tourist area. Direct access to a shopping mall and parking garage. From Concierge to front desk service was friendly and helpful. We even ordered room service that came hot and tasty. Very modern

Charged me a massive fee to simply change booking date, parking was confusing and gates didn’t even work when trying to get out, and for the price of the place the bathroom had cheap and peeling wallpaper. Definitely gone down hill from last time I stayed. Mentioned these issues to staff, they just shrugged it off. Would not recommend. Vic Inn still better value and service.

Always a great stay at the Grand- staff are amazing and rooms are very clean. Blue Marble restaurant makes excellent food.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff kind. We had forgotten a jacket in the room and left for 2 weeks, when we arrived back they had our jacket for us! I really like the blue marble restaurant too!

I love staying here when I come up to Winnipeg. Just walk across the street to the airport. So convenient. The rooms, staff and restaurants are all first rate. I’ll be sure to stay again

Coffee maker didn’t work. Room was otherwise fine. Food at restaurant was great but we were accosted by one of three drunken Louts at the lounge part of this supposedly first class restaurant. Bartender kept pouring them shots. People beside us were smarter and moved further away from them. One sat at our table and was hitting on my girlfriend. I asked for security nothing was done. The entire restaurant could hear them swearing and cursing and making life comments about women. Nothing was done just more drinks poured for them until she finally cut one of them off - other two kept drinking and ruining the night of everyone in the restaurant he and I almost came to blows.

This hotel was amazing.. staff are very friendly and check in was a breeze.. the room we were in had a very comfortable King size bed, the room was very clean and of course right across the street from the airport. The restaurant didn’t have many menu options but the food was delicious and our server was very friendly and if he didn’t know the answer to a question as I ask lots lol he found out for us.. we will definitely stay here again

A lovely, comfortable place when plans abruptly changed due to necessitate an overnight stay. Literally walking distance from the airport. Ryan in the dining room was so welcoming, kind, highly capable and clearly dialed in to the needs of his customers. For an unexpected stay, I was deeply grateful to be so well taken care of.

Very nice hotel just across from airport terminal. Excellent rooms, very clean and of high quantity. They have signs saying their wifi and streaming to TV offering will be improved and this is the main thing that i think needs improvement
