We thought this was a very nice hotel. It is close to transportation which was very convenient. The breakfast was outstanding and the food in the restaurant was also excellent, although the number of entrees was limited. Room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Great localisation. Close to public transport and centrum.
The cleaning service/changing the towels was done only at 6pm on the last evening, after two complaints. A sign asking for cleaning was property hanged at the door at 9:30 am for two days. After first day I reported to the cleaning ladies at 4pm that the service was missed.
I asked them to give me at least fresh towels.
The next day a cleaning lady knocked before 9am! and I asked her to come back in 30min. We left the room at 9:30am leaving the white sign asking for cleaning, to make sure. Again, when we returned at around 3:30pm, the cleaning was not done. At that time I called reception. They offered cleaning at 6pm that day. I agrred although we were leaving next morning at 7am. We have never had that horrible experience with cleaning service in any hotels so far.
I understand that the price of the room contains daily cleaning.To be eco friendly for the 3 nights we would require at least one service to be done as requested.

Easy to get to Belvedere Castle, Hop on Hop off Big Red Bus, and the S7 line to airport. It is short walk, elevator, a few euros, and then 20 minutes to the airport.

Lovely hotel within a short walk to all the main sights. A number of very reasonably priced cafes in the vicinity for breakfast if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Can thoroughly recommend it to anybody wanting to explore the City.

Very nice hotel, large rooms and friendly staff except for housekeeping is a bit challenge in communication. Most dont speak English

This hotel is conveniently located to trams that go into the city center and he staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was ample and offered excellent choices. However, the decor and ambience are lacking. The lobby with its huge advertising screens felt more like an airport than a hotel in Vienna. The room we were in had peeling wallpaper and a very soiled carpet. We had to ask for the complimentary coffee packets to be replenished and for the wine in the mini bar to be restocked. Overall, our stay was ok but not exceptional.

Excellent room. Very good breakfast. Polite stuff. The hotel is relatively close to the city center. They offer nice discounts on dinners. Nearby Underground station. Fully recommended.

The room smelled a bit of cat pee. Housekeeping came right away. They suggested turning off the air and opening a window. Friendly and unhelpful!
Hotel bar food very basic and salad served without dressing or condiments. I’m sure the restaurant would have been a better choice.
Breakfast was amazing.
The gym and spa looked amazing and I’d go back to check them out if it all works out, and they give me a better smelling room.

This hotel was an excellent choice as car parking was on site 18 euros . The number 71 tram outside hotel got you to old town in approx 8 mins and trams every few mins. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was very specious clean and well equiped. Lovely stay.

It is hard an dangerous to climb over th tub to have the shower for ol people. TV is small. STRONG SMOKING SMELL. RECEPTION CANNOT GIVE VERY USEFUL ADVICE BUT staff Chiara-Cayenne is very kind and help. I appreciate very much for her help

Very good hotel. Location is convinrent, with easy access to the airport from Rennweg (S7) and walking distance to the city center (alternatively tram 71 is very close). Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast has plenty of options. Room for improvement as regards the bread and croissants which felt a bit stale.

This is a great property for travelers. It is very near to different dining options. It is also a short walk to a shopping mall and a large train stop. It is an easy walk to the historic area.

Great location, and a nice room. Terrible service - rooms weren’t cleaned properly, no room service. Horrible breakfast etc. and mostly very rude staff.

As the bed type was double we got twins one next to the other but it was ok for us as we can fit in one

The bathroom and toilet are ultra modern, and this hotel is clean. No smell whatsoever. And the staff are extremely helpful. I would choose this hotel again.

A very good hotel, nice big room (824) with a huge balcony overlooking the botanic garden and Belvedere.
We get free soft drinks in the minibar and drinks & snacks in the lounge on the 7th floor.
Very close to the train station Rennweg, in 25 minutes with the S7 to the airport.
Tram 71 is also 2 minutes away, (cross the street and walk to the right).
Breakfast is also very good, with a lot of choice.

The hotel room was fantastic. Great size and decor. The knob had fallen off one of the raduators sonit was super hot until I reattached it
There was a bottle of wine in the room and a tray of food and that was all great. Negatoves are that it was not easy figuring out the parking situation and in the parking garage there were no signs on all side pointing out where the hotel entrance was. I went up through a closed Büro. Breakfast on Sunday was great but on Monday it left a lot to be desired. The water glasses on the buffet were way too small And the coffee machines did not make the best cup of coffee.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. It is located next to the Belvedere. It felt very safe. What I really like about it is that it is close to the Rennweg station, which makes it super convenient to go to places. You can take the S7 to go to the airport easily.

Th experience was great till yesterday night when we arrived to our room late night and we found that our room was not clean!! I informed the front desk today morning and they apologized for this mistake and promised to open a case to know exactly what happened other wise we get upgrade for our room and welcome drink with some bites all front desk team are very friendly and professional. I will be back for sure
