This stay was a welcome return to a hotel that has maintained the standards of excellence that are now so difficult to find. The food - both breakfast and dinner - was top-drawer, especially considering the cost. An excellent stay and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay - this is our second time staying at this hotel. Fairly affordable and easy access to the NEC which is only a short drive away. The room was tidy and clean and we also had a fan in the room which was very welcome given the warm weather. I only had breakfast at the hotel once, but the staff were really helpful. I asked if they had any sweet vegan options and they went back into the kitchen and got me a really lovely lemon and poppy seed muffin.

Use this hotel as we were collecting someone from Birmingham airport, it is very close clean tidy and very very good value for money would recommend this hotel if flying from Birmingham or looking to stay in the Birmingham area

Absolutely lovely room with doors we could open out onto the outside shared patio. The food was delicious (half board) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a family room with double bed and pull out sofa bed
