When we arrived, it was 90° plus in Paris. Our room was on the sixth floor, but the elevator only went to the fifth floor. The staff was very nice and helped us out. Our room was pretty warm from the heat. The AC couldn’t handle the heat. We took a seven day barge trip and returned later. This time we had a nice room on the first floor, and the weather had cooled off. This is a great location and had many nice shops, restaurants, bakeries and attractions within walking distance. Other than the heat, I would definitely recommend this hotel. We would stay there again.

We found this hotel online. We chose it due to location etc. We found it met our needs perfectly. Small, quaint, clean, friendly and perfect location. Staff was superior and called us by name every day. The few questions we had were quickly addressed. We highly recommend and would love to go back!

Arrived at Hotel and reception staff were all so friendly and super helpful. Our room was fabulous and very clean, and the housekeepers were very friendly too, every time we met them in passing in the hall they would smile and greet us. Every time we entered and left hotel reception staff were always very friendly and smiley and greeted us . Breakfast was lovely too and waiter on duty was very friendly and accommodating, one morning we had room service and waiter arrived at room with food with a lovely friendly manner, food was plentiful. Nothing was too much for the staff at hotel, they were happy to help.
Every member of staff were super friendly and always greeted us. I would 100% stay here again, it was an amazing hotel and location.
