Great staff
Breakfast was good

I loved this hotel. Modern and well located. I wish I had stayed here instead, it's much calmer and safer than Copacabana and it was fun to walk 20 min and take a ferry over to the city. The beaches outside of the hotel were just as nice though. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from the pool was unbeatable and the steam room was an unexpected bonus.
Not a ton of restaurant options right near the hotel.

Pleasant stay

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient especially the front desk staff in general (Markiel was great and very helpful ) and the valet parking staff. My room was very clean and they made my bed and changed my towels every day. The breakfast had a lot of variety and all the staff super attentive. Although I did speak the language fluently, they always looked for a way to communicate with me. The hotel is in a very good location and close to everything!
