Comfy beds and nice modern rooms.

Decoration for the holidays made the hotel look that much nicer. Wait staff during dinner & breakfast were very good.

We didn’t do enough research-the harbor view was not what we expected-very industrial. The hotel was ok, staff was terrific. St Joes is not a “resort” town when compared to New Buffalo, South Haven, and Sagatuck.

Beautiful hotel, lovely stay. Indoor hot tub was not clean. Internet was out during our stay.

Very beautiful, nice extras stayed in Harbor King. The few things I didn't like was our mattresses was Very Uncomfortable probably the worst mattresses of any hotel that we stayed at. We travel a lot so that's saying allot. Also toilet paper was on the cheap side.

It was relaxing to sit on the back patio with the gas fireplace on and watch boats go by on the river. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We love The Inn and convenience of a restaurant with delicious food, water, and little extras like bikes and s’mores!

Very nice property- however, it’s very close to train tacks and the freight trains going by whistling made it very hard to sleep.

Wonderful stay except that our room was right above a wedding so it was loud until 11. It also seemed like many of the wedding goers were staying on our Floor…floor 3, so it was very loud until 12:00 midnight.

Very nice visit to this property on our way to Saugatuck. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant and bar. Went to a nearby beach then finished the night at The Inn. No complaints at all

We had a surprisingly disappointing stay. We drove out of our way just because of the reviews of this “resort”. Our room was advertised as the golf course view, but our view was of a large parking lot and the highway. It took us a minute to find the golf course, which is far in the distance to the right lol. There was a wedding reception on site and the noise lasted far into the night. The spa is not open half of the weekend. We dined on site for breakfast and waited 45 minutes for our food, and they didn’t even come to refill our coffee. Very disappointed for the money we spent and time traveling there.

My son and I had a special mother son weekend away and it could not have been more perfect!! From check in to room service, beautiful scenery and fun room service it was perfect!! It’s so close to all of the little shops and beach!!! Perfect weekend!

Location of the property was strange and views of the bay were not what we expected (construction/barges). Staff was pleasant.

Great hotel and area but the town shuts down by 10pm so plan accordingly.

The service upon arrival was welcoming, we were greeted and directed by a knowledgeable and attentive gentleman, Roland immediately upon arrival. Our bags were delivered immediately to our room and we were able to jump on the shuttle to the downtown shops which was quick, on time and the driver was able to answer all questions.

We love the Inn at Harbor Shores. Have stayed there before and will stay there again!! The free bike rental is a huge bonus for us!!

A very nice place to stay, I give it a 4.5 rating. Nice facilities and a great staff! The menu is eclectic for a property in this location. The bar is visible from the moment you enter and in a word, I call it “inviting”. My only disappointment is that they don’t have an ATM machine. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wish we knew the hotel was under consideration. Not worth paying for a king suite. We have to compliment the staff at PLANKS restaurant. We went for brunch Saturday morning and they were amazing! Very professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and the food was good.
