We always enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are large, the staff is very kind and helpful, and there are great places to get a drink or a bite to eat.

Im a gold V.I.P. member ans when available im supposed to get free room ugrades ans she said they dont do upgraded of any kind so i feel like being a gold vip member doesnt really give me any perks. I was pretty disappointed about this bc inwent on a sunday where it was slow amd still no upgraded room

Checking was at 4 and room wasn’t ready until 6, and even then we did not receive the text like they said we would. I wouldn’t be surprised if they would’ve expected you to sit in the casino and play until you’re room is ready.

Ebony was a great front desk associate. She was very welcoming and gave us free tapas coupons! The valet is very convenient as well.

Was told i had $20 to spend from expedia by the front desk. Went to the casino for bar and food court staff was unable to charge the sales to the room. Went back to front desk and was told the same thing and get a supervisor. Tried to get drinks charged to the room again and the staff refused to get the supervisor. The only thing that worked in the tablet was the express check out. I had set up valet time to pull the car around on the tablet but nothing happened until i went to the valet to have my ticket scanned. The mini fridge was also noisy so it was annoying. Everything else on the room was great.

This was a great stop when in the Milwaukee area. Attached free parking garage and access to a great casino. Dining options available on-site. Not within walking distance of too much, as it's far enough outside of the Milwaukee downtown area, although a quick drive downtown.

I enjoyed staying at the Patowatomi Casino Resort. If I have constructive feedback; 2 things, it would be great if there were smart TVs to log into streaming services, the cast option available didn't work. 2nd, I think there should be a more in depth explanation of the tablet in the room. Otherwise great! No complaints really just observations of particulars.

We enjoyed the stay and the canal street cafe had great tasting food❤️.

Check-in was at 4PM, I checked to see if my room was ready at 2:30pm, the lady at the desk was less-than-friendly when she stated check-in is at 4. I returned at 4:10pm, the room was still not ready. I paid over $500 for one night and i was not even offered an apology or a complimentary drink while we waited. It was after 5PM when my room was ready. The room quality was wonderful. We intended on gambling, because of our check-in experience we opted not to spend a penny at the hotel beyond the cost of the room. This was our 3rd time there, we will not be returning.

The rooms were awesome!! We had a deluxe king, room 1840, and it was fantastic!! Well worth the $$. We will be back.

An overnight stay has jumped significantly in price. I used a hotel stay discount I had, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed the night, and I planned it on a weekday due to the high cost.

A late checkin of 4:00 p.m. and the room was still not ready. The general sense from the employees was they’re just doing a job and don’t care about the customer experience.

Rooms were next didn’t win but that’s ok really enjoy coming back on October

Wonderful experience!

Valet service was great, efficient. All staff were neat and professional. Canal St Cafe had excellent food. Breakfast waitress was outstanding.
