Just travelling thru the Metz area and I needed a reliable place to stay for the night. B&B Hotels always comes thru with comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. The staff at Metz were really helpful.

I was in a ground floor room, which was fine, but at approximately 02:30 a car pulled into to a parking space and left the engine running with the headlamps on that were aimed at my window, while two of the male occupants who were drinking something that was probably beer, had a shouting match, in French, behind my motorcycle, which was a little scary to say the least.
This went on for around 20 minutes before they finally sorted their issues and went to their room.
I did not sleep at all well and after a long ride from England was very disappointing.
