3 of us stayed in a 1 bedroom unit while we enjoyed three days twi nights hiking around Sedona. We will stay here again. It’s away from the traffic, yet close to everything we wanted to do. There was a water feature right next to us that was lovely night and day. Comfortable and easy to navigate property.

We had a family vacation with my wife and I and in-laws. The pictures were very misleading. The place is a lot smaller. When they say sleeps 4, in reality it’s like 2 maybe 3 total. The cabin/room was clean. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet location is annoying, it’s literally as soon as you walk in almost in the way of entering the bathroom. Our cabin was next to the maintenance cabin and they started to work and make a lot of noise doing it at 6 am. Mind you I get that work needs to get done but if you are in hospitality, I would think 8 is more reasonable for guests. Also, they hype up their Italian restaurant which is very high priced and offer you money off in the beginning if you are willing to watch an hour and a half presentation on their other resorts and I’m guessing some type of membership. We passed on it and ate at other amazing places throughout Sedona.

Quick overnight stay to celebrate a delayed Valentine’s Day! We did not take advantage of any of the activities or property amenities as we were only there a short time. These are basically single modular homes. Our “condo” was clean; although it was missing shower curtain upon arrival. We received one from housekeeping quickly upon request. Our only other issue was that our door did not auto-lock upon leaving so we had to contact security when we returned from dinner in order to access our room. I do wish the beds were more comfy and the room stayed darker in the morning, but otherwise everything was good and the “condo” was stocked with anything needed for showering or coffee, and basic needs for meals & cocktails (4 stars for the corkscrew and wine glasses!) . It’s a bit out of town, so making a left turn onto the main road in the pitch black is a little scary if you are anxious about driving. I think it would be a great place to stay for a family vacation or if you were only going out during the day!

Our place was very clean, inside and outside. We enjoyed the patio table for some card games. I appreciated there were some silverware, plates, toaster, blender accessible. Highly recommended.

This resort is great for a family getaway. It’s a no frills family fun resort. Close to all the uptown action in Sedona!

Very accurate and very friendly staff

This was our anniversary weekend and we couldn’t ask for a most comfortable, convenient and safe place to stay. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Place had everything we needed. We definitely wanted to stay longer. Close to a few trails.

The pictures on the website make the rooms look bigger than they actually are. Our room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom. Floor was not clean and the bathtub was still a bit dirty. The restaurant on the property was great.

It is out side of Sedona town center but just 5 min drive. There are many trails around just 15 min away.

Clean, quiet, and spacious

This place was awesome. We needed to check out from our routine and this was perfect. Everything is close by Walmart cafes restaurants it was exactly what we needed will def be returning

Staff was wonderful. Vanessa, the concierge, was also extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend this property if you are going to go to Sedona for a few days.

This resort is set in a quiet area just off of the freeway and very close to Sedona Proper. The individual rooms insured quiet accommodations from your neighbors. The adults only spa is nice for those wanting adult time. The rooms are clean and have several amenities. The rooms are not the most updated as far as décor and modern fixtures (cabinets, furniture, etc.). But everything was in working order and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome place!!

The area is reasonably price for its relative distance to the best tourist locations in Sedona. The roads inside the resort are a bit narrow for our SUV. Otherwise, the place is for resting/refuge after long days of touring Sedona. The staff would just leave you alone, which is good. However, security is almost non-existent or probably just subtle.

First time in Arizona and staying here was perfect.its clean a kitchenette with everything we needed for a great meal. Quiet the water features were a nice touch for a peaceful night rest. Next to hiking trails and grocery stores

Beautiful property. Great location. Furniture is a little outdated, but everything was clean and functional. Shower was renovated and had amazing water pressure, plus not a single stray hair on any towels, thank you! Would stay again!

The property was clean and well kept. The onsite restaurant was wonderful. Excellent options and fresh. My only complaint is that I am somewhat sensitive to scents, and the linens were heavily scented with detergent/fabric softener.

A little out of town but a nice property. Power was gone when we arrived though.

We had a wonderful stay that was too short, but we enjoyed it anyway. The pool, hot tub and mini golf were highlights for our kids. While there was a slight plumbing issue, the staff was prompt and courteous in fixing it within a few minutes and going the extra mile. TV channels were limited, but we didn't come for that reason anway. Just would have enjoyed a movie before bed.

It was cute, small cottages. I could see staying longer than a night or two. It was just outside of town so it wasn’t so crowded.

Great little resort, we had not so great weather while we were there, but great place to stay in warmer weather, a little farther out of town, so quiet, trails and park nearby, clean and had what you need .

This was a beautiful quiet place to stay, we really enjoyed the mini golf and playground with our 3 year old. We will definitely be back!

Very quiet resort with a playground, heated pool and an adult only hot tub. 5 minutes outside of town and nice units to stay in. I plan on returning when I get the chance! The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend a short it long stay!
