Lovely stay for 6 days. Staff was delightful and very helpful. Room was beautiful, old world Moroccan decor, with daily cleanings and thoughtful servicing. This is a place for those who wish to experience restful and classic Moroccan experience, not a modern sterile environment. Definitely will be back!

The riad and staff were so welcoming and beautiful. I would come back every time.

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Riad Hikaya is. It is truly a remarkable establishment and was, hands down, the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. The service was impeccable and personal. The room was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. And the rest of the Riad was beautifully appointed. Our first night there we arranged for a dinner by the pool in the courtyard and it was the best meal we had our entire trip. I really wish we had chosen to eat in every night because all the other establishments we visited paled in comparison. Breakfasts were decadent. After the busyness of Medina, Riad Hikaya felt like a retreat to peace and refuge. If I could give it six stars I would.

Our stay at Riad Hikaya was incredible. The highlights included the attentive, caring and very helpful staff, the beautiful grounds including the pool, dining room and guest rooms, the delicious (and complimentary!) breakfast and the convenient location to all the excitement of the Medina. When we communicated a small issue to the staff, it was handled immediately and with sincerity and we greatly appreciated their swift and caring action. Wedi (the manager) and Nada (guest services) were spectacular - warm, caring and helpful. If you are looking for a beautiful, convenient and deeply personal Riad, look no further!
