Mould dirty bath roof outside falling down Bed was warm and comfortable

Our family stayed at a one-bedroom apartment that we had booked. Although it was dirty, it could have been cleaned better. Within 10 minutes of checking in, my son had an allergic reaction, which made us think that the place might not have been well-maintained. It appeared run down, with no sign of any recent maintenance work.

Was a good place to stay for the night. The rooms do need a bit of a renovation. Was clean and quiet. Just wish hotel rooms had more power points. Very limited for charging a mobile, tablet and laptop at same time. I now bring my own powerboard and extension cord.

This property is very close to where I needed to be. It’s a great place to stay so roomy and the facilities were good. I would recommend this property to anyone. As I will come and stay again. Great value for money and the staff are amazing.

Lovely tidy room with good outlook. Indian restaurant as part of complex was lovely to dine in. Several dining options within walking distance. Convenient to locate. Easy parking outside room. Slept well in comfy beds. Spacious twin room with good kitchen facilities. Shower floor needs revamp is only downfall.

Convenient Location (Close to Knox Private Hospital) but run down - needs urgent maintenance and a good thorough clean!

Check in was simple, staff friendly. Rooms in need of serious update. Stains on couch and walls, holes in walls and doors. Only two towels provided for four people. A light outside the room flickered on and off every three seconds for the whole night. We only were in the room for 12hrs so it was tolerable but I won’t stay there again.

It was dirty, the draws smelt, There wasn't enough cutlery for the 4 ppl staying. Dishes were dirty ( wine dried in a glass still in the cupboard) a hair laying over cutlery. Mould on all seals around water areas. Couches smelt like stale wee. Floors and skirtings covered in dust and hair balls. Toilet lid was too small for the toilet, the lid wouldn't stay up. Range hood was dirty and had leaves on it. All furniture was old. Pillowes were either bricks or had no structure. Gardens were over grown and rubbish laying around everywhere.

This place was a disgrace. the spa was faulty and dangerous, the room PowerPoints were not secured, the windows were all damaged, the couch was filthy and in disrepair. the smell was horrible. should not be legal to lease this room.

Property was good but the bed was terrible, fount the Mattress to be turned upside down so was like sleeping on hard surface

Was very disappointed as the room was nothing like the pictures on website. Not cleaned very well, stains on the couch,one of the beds was wooden and creeky, one of chairs broken. Overall not enjoyable stay.

It is close to where we go, but disappointing . Web site looks good but it is outdated. Bathroom is clean .and if your on the budgetad stay go for it. Kitchen not clean ..and when you open the door it’s smells old and the washing machine leaks and my husband need to fix it. And the room phone doesn’t work if you need to call reception.

I liked the atmosphere, however, it would have been nice if the cleaning services worked on the weekend. We had the kids' nappies stored inside our room for 2 days.

Great if you are looking for a very budget option. Wasn’t what I was looking for. The owner and reception staff were very understanding and provided me with a refund. Thankfully I was able to find alternative accomodation.

Cobwebs in the room.Grounds we’re in kept, nothing like the photos. Website says room service available which I expected breakfast to be delivered to room, but apparently it means rooms are cleaned.

The kitchen and bathroom were tidy and functional. Bathroom has been updated Strong smell of stale smoke when you entre the room. The couch had a bad odour like smoke or mold, and there was garbage stuffed in the cushions. As we only needed it for one night and had an early start we decided to stay. Area around the units was unkempt.

Words can’t describe how bad this place is. Do yourself a favour and book literally anywhere else… a backpackers hostel would be cleaner and less sketchy.

Position of motel suited me . Didn't like anything about the motel . Dirty run down . People had a dog in there room making noise.

Rude staff, filthy room, mice running around in our room, no service to apartment even though it says serviced!! We were there for three nights with no service. Urinated on mattress just dumped at our door which we had to step over to enter our room, filthy soiled laundry on the ground outside our room and in two huge trolley’s either side of our door. Staff don’t care about ANYTHING!! I tried to speak to owner / manager and they said he doesn’t pick up and doesn’t care anyway. The lounge was putrid ,white bathmat went brown after sitting it on the bathroom floor, almost every wall was damaged and not repaired , kitchen floor filthy, dirty stove top and filthy kitchen drawers etc. Had a dish washer but no dish powder or tablets, no tea towel, the lounge room window was broken, damaged and filthy coffee table, and to top it off !!! The tv didn’t work. Avoid this place, the staff are feral and it seems they have people squatting / living there. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!!!

If there are permanent people living at hotel they should ensure outside areas are kept clean and tidy for other people coming to stay. Looked dreadful when arriving at my room. Very disappointing.

This property is bordering on derelict, getting to the room at 11pm was like negotiating a gloomy trail in an apocalypse movie . It is run down in every aspect, from the rooms to external areas, the smell of wet cigarette buts outside the rooms was overpowering. Booked for five nights, checked out after the first, could not get out quick enough. The cherry on the cake? No refund policy, I was charged for three nights. Travellers beware, stay well clear of this property

It was just okay. The property is dated - rooms need to be renovated. Staff were helpful and pleasant. There was rubbish strewn about on the ground behind the bins.

It was quiet. Room was adequate No tissues.
