The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay.
The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings.
Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment.
Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable.
Thank you!

Great location to the main central train station and the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

The location was good and close to lots of restaurants and train station. Staying in LaSpezia is a great jumping off point for exploring Cinque Terre. The wifi was a little spotty at times. The shower was very small and the air conditioning didnt work. It wasnt very hot out so not an issue as we could keep the window open but this posed a problem as there was a lot of noises and activity outside our window at night.
Other than that the room was well kept and very secure.
