Great hotel! Clean and comfortable pillows. $10 parking fee. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

I took my daughter-in-law and 4 granddaughters and was excited to find a room that sleeps six. We had a great time. The girls loved your indoor pool. Everyone was friendly on staff. The room was cleaned very well after our first night's stay. I would definitely come back and stay again.

The king suite was huge. The space was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room had a programmable thermostat, and thankfully the fan didn't blow out on to you while in bed. We didn't use the kitchenette much but the items available were very thoughtful.

The only less than stellar experience was that the tub was slow to drain, but it wasn't worth complaining about.

Hotel was nice. Check in with front desk perfect. The room had a bad sink leak upon arrival. Walked into the bathroom and stepped into a puddle of water in my brand new socks. There was no hand soap at sink as well. The water pressure was so slow and soft. The room had no good phone service and it’s hard to trust connecting to public WiFi now days. When other rooms would flush toilets I could hear the water running through the pipes in the walls.

I was not to happy also I of a lot The day there was no light the next morning no hot water very unsatisfied. I think I should get a discount on something on the Hotels.com. I’m not sure but I did not complain because my daughter was feeling sick so never again will I stay here?

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the location was excellent, and the omelettes were delicious. We would definitely stay here anytime we’re in Frisco.

Front lady at the desk checking and out was mazing. Remembered my name. So nice and friendly all the time. Smile on her face. We stay at this hotell each year we come for a cheer competition.

Breakfast was amazing. Proximity to the Comerica Center for our event was greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the elevator was so slow. But otherwise, a fantastic stay. We'll be back!

Sink was broken, would not drain. Bar had cheap alcoholic drinks, no high quality stuff. Charged 10 dollars for self parking which was uncalled for, very few cars there. Shower was nicely built but water pressure varried during use. Was not impressed, hotel is over rated.

Pay parking on site for $10 per day which we didn't know before hand. Housekeeping made beds every day, but thats about all they did. Room was not cleaned very well and in room coffee was not restocked. We had to ask the front desk for Coffee every single day.

We stay here every time we visit the Dallas/Fort Worth area and absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. The hotel is located so close to our favorite shopping centers and plenty of restaurants around. We love this place and would recommend to anyone. Oh and their beds are soooo comfy. I always get a great night sleep when I am here

All was good with this hotel including cleanliness, service, breakfast and condition. The only complaint I have is that nothing was mentioned about a daily parking fee ($10) on the booking site. I have stayed at many hotels in the Frisco area and none of them charge for parking.

It was a great stay, was having a vacation with my mother. Service is great here and when room service is needed they do come as requested. Sometimes on their own. Only issue I had is someone right next door leaves there dog in their room alone. Constant barking during night and early morning. I called the front desk about it during my stay, couple of times actually. It was only then after my 6 night stay that the issue was resolved. I could not sleep at all. Can't say my mother and I rested comfortably during this stay.

Nice enough. Staff was friendly. Common areas were a little less than sparkling, but passable. Room was clean, but had a few quirks, like the shower door was warped and therefore leaked. Breakfast was good, but I did overhear another visitor mention that all meat options were pork, which didn’t work for them and might be an issue for others as well. One of the elevators was closed for maintenance, which meant every elevator ride was slow and full. Overall, it was fine, but not impressive.

Had low expectations but to see a bathroom door that does not close, in-operable lift , short-staffed during breakfast time led me to feel pretty underwhelmed and disappointed with this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and staff was lovely. It was also close enough to all the places I had to visit in Dallas.
