Rooms could use a refresh. Windows were quite old.

Everything was great. Only disappointment was I paid fees and taxes through Expedia but was charged taxes again at hotel.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and committed to going out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The pool staff, especially Dorothy could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Her pleasantness truly made our stay better

AC unit inside is very noisy. And we could not open a window because outside condition was very humid.

Got couple items stole from our room and the receptionist didn’t care whatsoever, we ended up leaving that place earlier than planned… they barely cleaned the room and everything was very outdated…Terrible.

At first we didn't like the room because it was just an average room at a high price. The phone didn't work and the plug didn't work by the bed for my cpap. Couldn't get the TV on so had to call the front desk from my cell phone. However, after our stay we decided that the two pools and closeness to the beach and boardwalk and other places to go was worth it and we would return. I would recommend to a friend.

We would definitely stay again, it just may end up a yearly event at this hotel. The staff and food were AMAZING !!! It was close enough where we were able to walk back & forth to the rides etc .. just a great experience overall !!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay overall, mostly due to outdoor pool and the room we stayed in was in good condition. It is also right along the beach, and we did not need to pay to get on. Very friendly staff at front desk. Some things that made it not ideal: bed had a black stain/mark upon arrival in the middle of the bed. Maid came to make the bed next day when we left room, but did not change the sheets. Indoor pool(as most indoor pools are) is gross, hot, and hot tub jets weren’t even on. The on-site hotel restaurant is not worth going into as it stands, they are low-staffed first and foremost, 2 people running the whole restaurant. There was one waitress and one bartender. It also feels more like a place for elderly/disabled, so was a bit awkward as a young couple with all of the wheelchairs coming in and out, plus the extremely slow service for waiter to get us our check. Would maybe stay again, but they have some room for improvement for sure. It’s a larger motel than most, which I believe allows them to call themselves a resort. It is a bit pricey in this sense as it is average in quality.

Unsure how this is a 3-star property. Probably only because it’s right on the beach? Staff at check-in was very nice, but the facilities and room itself was quite dilapidated and cheap. Musty carpets, broken window screens, stained linen, etc.

Arrived around 230. Told me they will text me when my room is ready after 5 o’clock. I headed to the office. Waited in line for 20 minutes. They told me my room is now ready. It was 525. Told him that I’m leaving. Hope fully I’ll get a refund

Late checking in. Arrived at 1:00. They were supposed to text when room was ready,never did. Finally, about 5:00. Exterior walk ways needed a broom.,room was clean. No chairs or umbrellas for the beach. What makes it a “resort “ to charge $25.00! Food cafe was slow and expensive.

Preservations check in were easy and quick! Anytime I called people were very friendly and accommodating and answered my questions. The room was pleasing it was clean however drapes need to be removed they were moldy and your air HVAC system needs to be cleaned and sanitized. The staff was very friendly and a lot of hands on deck people cleaning sweeping servicing. The first floor patio was a really nice feature!

Just ok property for the price! Rug smelled like mold and was moist, room had a terrible smell. Pool was freezing , front desk was rude!!!

Conveniently positioned near the beach with pools and fun for the kids. The pools were pretty packed and hard to find loungers late in the day. The room served it's purpose. Nothing too fancy. Didn't get a chance to eat at The Lido Cafe, but had a sweet treat at the ice cream shop.

The insite spa and indoor pool was ideal for the rainy days.

It was my first time staying at a Jersey shore property. I usually always stay at a family members house. The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming. There was some misunderstanding on the description of the room I reserved versus what they had in their system, but were quick to fix it for my family and I. The location was great, right across the street from the beach, they have one building on the beach also. Multiple Pools with a café on site. Boardwalk, restaurants, and other amenities were within walkable distance. We will stay there again.

The hotel was great sorry we never had a chance to go to the pool. Our first day was wed. And decided to go to the beach. We usually stay at the opposite end of the boardwalk. I think you have made a new friend. Only downer was Lido, service wasn't the greatest my family ordered pancakes I ordered eggs my order came out 5 minutes later, potatoes and bread were cold, the world is not coming to an end.

Very out dated rooms I expected more for the price

everything was great except constant noise all night from room 253 which is no reflection on you and I didn't want to complain at the time but since you asked me now I figured I would let you know

Likeed the microwave frige! On the first floor got woken up twice talking outside in back and in front next time have a room on 2nd or thirdfloor😄 liked the pools and the food !!!

The amenities are exactly what you would want. Beach access, chairs, towels, pools, and bar which has really good food.

Awsome time as always and Dorothy was amazing she is a very friendly & nice person goes out of her way to make you feel special thanks see you in the fall
