We had a late check in and though my reservation was for 2 bed, they gave us only one and had to use a pull out. The employee at the desk was very apologetic and did everything he was able to. But at the end of a busy day, it was disappointing.

I would not stay for the bathrooms alone. Sliding door, no locks, gap, frosted glass. I was with my sister and it was horrible zero privacy. Thank goodness not with anyone else.

I booked a king room got a double queen room, I think charging for the breakfast is ridiculous especially $16 on day of then 12 if you pre get it, breakfast should start at 6 for early birds. Your selection wasn’t worth the $$. The potato’s horrible under cooked, eggs you can tell they are liquid eggs. If your gonna charge for it make it good give better options. The gym was sub par

You have to pay for parking, you have to pay for breakfast and we wanted to take ours to go, as we had an early morning game to get to and we could not. The room was not the best.

We have stayed here several times and just love it. It’s the perfect location, super clean, great amenities, and beautiful decor. There is a parking fee of $10 a day which is a bit of a drag but kinda worth it

the bed was so so and the blanket/comforter is pretty minimal for winter months. the heater in my room was kind of noisy and wasn't the best.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to have different was an actual door on the bathrooms rather than a barn door. Not very private.

Everything about this hotel was great! Gal at check-in has the best customer service. We needed an extra towel and she came up within mins of pur request. We asked for a late check out given late basketball game for my son and she gave us an extra hour on top of the hour I asked for.
Room was very clean, bed and sofa bed were both comfy.

I stayed one night when in town for an early morning medical procedure. The reservation was paid when we made it, so confused why I was charged an extra $25. I read about a $10 parking charge but there was nothing on the website about additional service fees. I never received an emailed receipt when I checked out, so have no clue what the extra charge was for. The hotel is nice, but I would like to know about the extra charge.

Disappointed with the room we were put in, which featured an A/C unit that made an awful noise and a lamp with a broken lightswitch--but the real issue is that we never should have been in that room in the first place, as we reserved a King room and were put in a two-queen, without even a comment or apology from the staff. We reserved the room a month in advance and there's no excuse for not getting the room we reserved. I am grateful at least that the staff moved us the second night due to the broken A/C unit.

Overall, the room was what I would expect. My only gripe, and this may keep me from booking there again, was the surprise $10.00 fee that no one told me about until I checked out and asked for a final bill. This should have been disclosed prior to booking and I may not have booked the hotel.

Had a great time with the grandkids, the pool/hot tub was awesome and we managed to have it to ourselves both days! Didn't eat meals there but visited the "market" a couple times and came away with what we needed. Front desk folks were friendly, our one bedroom w/ king bed was HUGE but it was listed as 4 person occupancy however two folks couldn't have slept on the pull out bed as it was basically a love seat and three people in the king bed might have been a little too cozy! Would definitely stay there again!

I can’t remember her name but the gal that checked us in was the sweetest! It was late, the hotel was packed and overbooked but she didn’t even break a sweat or show any sign of stress! She was genuine and so friendly and made our check in so smooth! We only stayed one night but would definitely book here again if we are in the area as everything seemed so well organized and the staff was so friendly!

Beware the hidden parking fees. They are well hidden behind links - you must click to see them. There is no justification for parking fees in this area. Just another hidden fee. Won't stay here in the future.

Very close to Intel Ronler campus and staff was friendly and informative.
The heater in my room was unable to be turned off, but it was putting out room temperature air so it was fine.

Beautiful hotel and comfortable beds. The downstairs bar has a good happy hour but wish it was open earlier in the day. The pool was lovely and clean, perfect temperature.
We thought we booked our room through expedia with breakfast included for 2. So we went down and asked the hotel front desk clerk, a younger man, where the breakfast was. He looked irritated and pointed briefly toward it saying its $16 per person. Long story short, he was rude and condescending and wouldn't listen. We ended up leaving to Ihop for breakfast even though it was supposed to be included in our room rate 😕. Ve

It was all spectacular. I truly enjoyed my two nights. Andrew and JP were especially hospitable. I used the pool and hot tub area three times and relaxed perfectly thanks to you.

It’s a nice hotel and a little out of the way so quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice with great water pressure. I love dove soap so it was nice to get that here as well.
