Always a great stay at the Chateau and the front desk staff is lovely

My only concern is the availability of luggage carts. I've never had one available upon arrival but, on occasion, they reappear in the morning.

Upon arrival to the hotel my credit card was charged two additional times for the rooms and I was only told this when I came down to complain about room issues.
When we checked in we were told although they had a restaurant lounge they were likely going to close up early. The intend of staying at this hotel was because of the accommodations in the ability to stay in one place.
We opted to drive to town go to a different hotel that had a restaurant enjoy our dinner and come back only to find their restaurant still open after they had posted closed.
Finally heading up to my room to go relax there was food mushed into the couch cushions and food on the floor.
Headed downstairs after 30 minutes of waste I was finally downgraded into a room with two queen beds and no door separation from the hallway which was what was booked.
Pathetic operation will never stay here again expected a refund or something and there was nothing even said other than have a good night.

We woke up around midnight by loud talking in the hallway and it lasted about 10 minutes, called front desk and they came up to talk with the people. Otherwise the room was good

Upon entering hotel you can tell it’s very nice and welcoming. My reservation had not been made by clerk working day of booking, the kind lady helped me set up a room and assured me she would follow up with the person on shift as she was concerned about us having to wait and wanted us to be comfortable. Great customer service! Hotel room was great, beds oh so comfortable. Bathtub had a minor maintenance issue ( faucet and shower run at the same time). Over all great stay!

It was freezing in the room kept turning the temperature up but it never got warmer was -30 outside and my room was only +11 just disappointed. Ask the front desk if they could do a discount or something the lady there just said she wasn’t able to do anything.

Was everything a traveler needed, clean, easy access off highway, good parking. Room was clean and spacious.

Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were 8 senior high volleyball teams here during our stay and the management did a great job separating them from the other guests. We choose this property to stay in when we are in Peace River due to its cleanliness and nice size rooms.

Had to wait for 20 mins in the hallways after checking in for the cleaning crew to finish only for the room to still be uterly disgusting

For a hotel that holds conferences and hosts people traveling due business it’s very disappointing they do not invest in a $200 laser printer for guests to use.
Aside from this, I was not pleased with the guest above me walking back & forth with high heels trying to get there daily steps. Called the front office staff they did nothing about it , so I called the room and the dude answered. Although he apologized he got up at 1:30am again to walk back and forth with his clunky heels

Our tv didn’t work and there was no one to help us to fix it. I called twice but no services. Also the internet is very poor.

Like the rooms and beds are incredible. The junior king suites I have stayed in many times are so nice and heating and cooling and desk and furnishings are as nice as anywhere I have ever stayed.

this is a great place, staff was amazing, helpful. i spoke with several different staff members and the were all excellent, front desk, house keeping excellent.

The best option in Peace River.

It’s a good hotel, with a proper breakfast in a good location for a base visiting the Peace area. Good restaurant and shops nearby. Peace River town is an empty shell of a town so this location on the hill is the best. Close to the airport too, and ample parking.
The rooms are well equipped with TV,microwave, fridge etc so all good. There is also a pub/bar open till 10. And it’s very quiet at night for a good sleep.
