Excellent choice for close to the airport, near the bus stop for terminal 5. Restaurant and bar in the lobby but we didn’t have time to experience either. I’d stay there again when traveling through.

My room number 119 had a terrible smell from the bathroom that didn’t make us sleep all night, reception ( Nadeem) offered to swap the room at 3 am which wasn’t possible for us indeed

The hotel was a nice and convenient accommodation at the airport. The staff were super friendly. Although this is not a hotel I would stay at during a vacation in London, but definitely a place to stay at to catch an early flight.

This is a good place to stay overnight before or after a Heathrow flight. Yes, it's a chain hotel, but I found it a pleasant place and, best of all, it was reasonably priced - especially with my hotels.com rate including breakfast. The guy who checked me in was pleasant and helpful. My room (on a corner of the building - strange shape!) was quite spacious and had everything needed. Good blackout and no noise: I slept well. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and generous - and the pancake making machine was fun! I don't think the hotel is on any "hotel hoppa" bus route from the airport but the 423 red London bus from Terminal 5 runs close by - and is much cheaper than the "hoppa" services. For future flights from Heathrow, I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay wasn’t great. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and so did the hallways. Our room got changed which was a lot better and staff were very helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Room good and clean, location good, But key card didn't work had to go back to reception. One of the managers then proceeded to take me back upstairs and let me in to my own room with his card but they never gave me a key card that worked. It was too late to go to reception to get a new one

Fantastic location. We had a room with a view of Edinburgh Castle. Clean spacious rooms with ample amenities. My only constructive feedback is for them to have a ramp to carry luggage from the entrance to the reception area. The folks at the reception were kind enough to help with our bags but this can be altogether avoided.

Room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We received excellent service at check in and when we went to get a drink from the bar. The location was perfect as we had an early flight from Heathrow.

Lovely clean hotel which was very modern and styled well. It had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was great! The bed was too firm for me, but I still had a decent night’s sleep. Great shower and bathroom facilities. Front desk staff were very helpful! Would stay again.

Slept only 3 hours and the Caprese salad should not have been a main but a starter and was extremely bland/

TV in room didn't work. They knew this but put us in there anyway. Given different room which was a bit smelly on entry and took ages to get TV to turn on and although some channels worked many didn't and had poor or no signal. Sink plug blockage, shower head leaky and worst of all, pillows like rocks. Terrible night's sleep with bad neck in the morning.

Figuring out transportation to and from Heathrow was a bit confusing for us. Probably would have been fine if we had a bit more sleep, but it was a bit stressful for us. We ended up walking across the street to the Renaissance to get the Hotel Hoppa bus. Beds were a bit hard, but we got a room at the last minute, which was great, and breakfast was pretty good in the morning, lots of selection with pancakes, eggs, toast, croissants and more.

Having stayed at various other Ibis Styles hotels previously this one was extremely disappointing. 3 failed attempts with different key cards to open our 2nd floor room finally prompted reception to admit that there was a fault and we moved to a different room. The room was fine but the TV didn't work. Breakfast was lukewarm and even the freshly fried eggs were dry.

Had to change room in arrival - room allocated had a carpet that was full of stains - showed photo to reception - unable to load to review - apologised - given a different room. Remainder of stay ok.My only regret I used a hotel .com credit in this stay

Good stay for a Heathrow Layover. Check in staff double charged me for the room but rectified it quickly. Easy access to taxi and train station

We stayed overnight to catch a plane the following morning. Reception was efficient, the room was small but clean with comfortable mattress and modern style bathroom. The restaurant menu was very limited and the food quite basic.

I’m stayed here a total of 3 nights in separate occasions when coming in and out of Heathrow on a recent trip home to the UK. The service on each occasion was unfriendly, unwelcoming and at times downright rude. We always felt as if we were disturbing the staff. Rather than wait 2 minutes for my to get be my 2 kids and 4 suitcases into my room the housekeeping staff got visibly upset and indicated that we love the cases back again towards the loft so she could go past. Another housekeeping staff member insisted on pushing past us with a wagon into the lift, bumping 5 year old daughter out of the way and leaving us to wait for lift to come back. Only one lift working - there was 6 week space between visits and the same lift was still ‘undergoing repairs.’ The carpets had nasty looking stains on them and hygiene and overall cleanliness was substandard. No amenities whatsoever in the bathrooms - just 2 paper cups. Not even enough towels for us all (we booked 2 adults 2 kids). Breakfast was okay - eggs and bacon are all coldl
