Very good option, breakfast is very good, our view was amazing, just across the street of one of the main malls of the city.

Everything is fine except the pillows are very old non comfortable, the pool keep close at 7 am whne most want to use in the morning because have to go to work early.

The property is conveniently located in the San Pedro area but it’s difficult for Uber drivers to get in and out of the facility. According to the description on Expedia, the property was renovated in 2021 but the rooms are still very dated. The doors were hard to close, the fixtures were rusty, and the shower door did not close all the way hence there was a puddle of water each time someone showered. The double size beds are actually full size beds so it’s tight for two people. The towels are pretty rough which reminded me of the Motel 6 days. A bit of softener may make a huge difference. All the amenities were hard to locate but since it was a short weekend trip, no pool or exercise room were needed.

Everything good with the hotel, clean room, clean bathroom, clean sheets, ice machine at the end of the hall. Also the check in and out where pretty easy and all that Expedia said including pictures were as they were sold. The thing I liked the most were that it is so close to Plaza Fiesta San Agustín and Fashion drive that you can go and return as you like without having to use your car. The only thing that could improve the experience was adding a microwave to the room, but for the price it was worth it.

We were confirmed for an early checkin at 12:30 but didn’t get into our room until almost 3pm but they did give free breakfast to compensate. Staff was very apologetic and attentive. We loved the executive floor with incredible lounge and free food, drinks and snacks. Get the balcony view it huge and has amazing view of mountains.

I felt this hotel is run down. It's not like it used to be. Drains were blocked, and generally just had a tired or overused feel. I think the management need to up there level of reinvestment into their property and furnishings.
However, as a hotel, its well located, safe staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Excellent hotel. Being a guest a couple of times I can say that your are going to be in a great hotel in Monterrey. Near to restaurants and shopping malls, there’s no way you won’t have a great stay here.

Whats not to like? The rooms were spacious and The buffet was chalk full of options, along with the plaza and resturants within walking distance, this place serves as a special resort for anyone looking to stay in monterrey.

Excellent staying, the only thing is that bathroom sink and tub were clogged, we reported it to Hotel administration, and they sent a maintenance guy immediately, but unfortunately the problem persisted, other than that, excellent Hotel and service ! 👌

Im a fan of the steam room and sauna and they worked to perfection. Frank in vallet always helpful and goed above and beyond every time :)

Pillows and bed were not comfortable. No Microwave. Coffee carafe (machine was dirty., No light in the coffee counter area. Water was coming out from the shower to outside of the glass door, while taking a shower. Had to dry every time. No hand towels. No ironing table. Iron was old.

LOOKS LIKE IN THE PAST WAS A GREAT HOTEL, NOW IS STINKY ,THE ROOM SMELL OF DRAINAGE. THE ELEVATORS VERY SLOW, THE GARDEN AND WALL FOUNTAIN LOOKS SAD WITHOUT WATER...VERY SAD.

Hotel location was great, super friendly and helpful staff, great indoor pool (it was raining during our trip) and everything was clean and in good condition. Not the cheapest hotel, but definitely great value for the price.
