As always, very happy with our stay. Highly recommend the junior suite, it’s spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. This hotel is about 10 mins easy walk from the Eurostar and is just around the corner from amazing le Vieux-Lille et La grande place with many fantastic restaurants.

An absolutely lovely hotel, everything you need in the room, check out 12 noon which was great as we really needed a rest after a busy week.

A gem. Not historic, but next to the beautiful of town. It is a beautiful new building, immaculate, and convenient place and location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is very comfortable, well located and has a nice vibe. Some great eco initiatives which was really great to see - and something in it for the guest aswell!! The location was ideal, just at the edge of old Lille, and so you could easily pop back to the hotel between outings. Breakfast was really good - but the service at breakfast was a bit disorganised - there was enough staff but it seemed to be doing everything at the same time and the service needed some focus. There is a small courtyard which was perfect for a late afternoon drink in sun or shade. Parking in the Opera carpark just next door (underground) was great.

Despite the road works in Lille centre the car park Opera was easy to locate and handle, less than 100 metres from the hotel entrance with no roads to cross. Room was nice breakfast lots of choice and tasty. Hotel short walk from main squares on the edge of Old Lille.

Superb hotel in the heart of the city. We had a suite which was well worth the small extra amt. we are in the restaurant which was good quality and not a rip off.

Nice stay with a top level service reception. Bistro with a poor choice. As well as the breakfast. Nice rooms but could be a little cleaner. Free Minibar was not filled up in the 1st night.

Convenient, Modern, Clean

Brilliant location. Just a 10-15 min walk from the train station and then straight into the old town within 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

This is a very pleasant hotel, close to restaurants and stores. We had a great time there.

L'Arbre Voyageur was perfect for our one night stay in Lille. It's 10 minutes from the Eurostar terminal, it's right by the pretty old town, it's modern and comfortable, and it has 2 fine restaurants and an in house fancy patisserie. The beds were comfortable the showers were good (which is a rare thing in hotels), and the Nespresso machine in the room was very welcome. Luggage lockers were a nice touch too - much more secure and easier than a luggage room with a ticket system. We'll definitely stay there again.

A fantastic hotel, really friendly and helpful staff, modern, clean and well located. Had dinner in restaurant one evening and whilst it was pricey the food and service were exceptional. Everything in mini bar is free and if you choose not to have a daily towel change and clean they give you tokens for drinks in the bar, eco friendly and generous as they don’t limit type of drink you have. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a superb hotel. The only issue was some external noise from a neighbouring house. The party was so loud the hotel actually called the police… sadly the hotel then mis-handled the situation with me in the morning and didn’t take it as seriously as they should have done. Such a shame, but that problem aside, it was a lovely stay.

The hotel is very well situated to visit the old city of Lille. Room are spacious but front desk could use some improvement as well as their bar service. We were waiting to be seated with friends to have a drink and were totally ignoring by the snob waiter at the restaurant. I had to inquire at the front desk how we could be seated for a drink and were told that it was now switching to a restaurant but we could have our drinks in the lobby, which was strange for a hotel of this caliber. Then, the next day, we checked out early to catch a train and the front desk, who did acknowledge was new, ask if I could pay for the night, which, obviously was already paid through Expedia. I told him that I was not paying anything as the taxes were already paid the night before when we checked in. Needless to say that I am less than impressed with this place. You do have choices when it comes to 4 stars in Lille. I'll shop around a bit more next time.

Great hotel and decor. Location perfect for both kids of and new pats of the city. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Everything was spot on about this stay, from the warm welcome to having a great room. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the old town or central areas. Our suite was sizeable, bathroom superb and a super size bed made this a memorable trip.

Desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great distance to restaurants and train station!

The location of the hotel is great and it doesn’t feel like a chain hotel. It has a boutique styling which makes a very welcome change. Sadly, do expect because you’re staying in the hotel you’ll be able to use their restaurant- we were turned away and the breakfast buffet made us ill.
