One of the nicest and most spacious hotels in which I’ve stayed in a very long time. Staff was very nice and there was a stocked bar plus treats available all night. Absolutely will be returning to this venue every time I’m in Houston!

It was ok . Wish the pool was warmer. And I didn’t like all the plug ins they are very harmful for people that have breathing issues. My last room had cigarette smoke . Set me in a asthma attack. Wish they could use natural ways to clean air .

We needed a place to stay after we were impacted by the Texas Tornado and I lucked up on a room. Jacey was AMAZING! I requested a late checkout since I wasn’t sure when my power would be restored ended up not needing a late check out and the front desk agent a sweetheart (I didn’t get her name) reversed the $30 charge!!

From the general manager Charyl greeting me with warm welcomes and a smile that lights up all of Houston, to the Front desk manager JaCorey making my stay so comfortable and peaceful.
Or the night time staff Colin who’s extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. Kristen treated me as if I was her own child with extra fluffy pillows or towels

The beds are fluffy and comfortable CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN is an understatement I loved that even though I clean all of my own rooms and bathrooms I felt like it was throughly already done! The cleaning staff has the best hospitality and great attitudes when I needed extra conditioner and hand towels!
This staff is beautiful patient kind & have wonderful attitudes all across the board ! My intention was to only stay two days but I ended up extending my staff four more days! I truly don’t want to go home lol!
I will book this place again and again and again. People need to know about this staff you’ll be greeted with honor respect and appreciation.
The morning breakfast is delicious and you get a side of hospitality from Mrs. Tracey who greets you with a beautiful good morning and so attentive all while keep the breakfast bar super clean and safe for all to enjoy!
DONT DELAY & BOOK YOUR NEXT STAY HERE I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT AND WISH YOU WOULD HAVE BOOKED SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!!!!!!

This hotel was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy and the front desk service was great. I love that the rooms had a fridge and microwave. I love that they still use the individual bottles of self-care items and not those large refillabke community dispensers. We ate breakfast there on iur second day and it was pretty good. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in double queen room. Room was in the smaller side of it. Pretty clean. Pillows were very small and not comfortable at all (only 4 per bed). Restroom lock did not work. Other than that pretty good hotel.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast each morning and the area was constantly monitored and picked up after, choices rotated during the week. The only down we had was my wife is kinda skittish with elevators and the inspection of the elevators ran out 12/14/23. We stayed 2 weeks and when we left they were still not current on their yearly inspection.

I really liked this La Quinta. The desk clerk, Kristen, helped me get a more accessible room as I have mobility issues. She was very friendly and personable. The breakfast bar Tara put together was the best I've seen. I have stayed at nearby Tru hotel and Holiday Inn, but will stay at La Quinta now for my monthly Houston visits. The bathroom had a shower mat, real bar soap instead of that darn squirt stuff and the light in the mirror was perfect for makeup application. La Quinta far exceeded my expectations!

I really like that it had a walk in shower. Because I dont like bath tubs. It would be nice if it had nicer pillows. The bed was very comfortable. And i especially like the area. Close to the premium outlets.

The hotel was great. The staff was superb and the breakfast was great. Only issue was at check-in the price was WAY above the price i was confirmed at. I was quoted 146 on line and had to pay 193 at check-in.

I had got done with work early the day Ichecked out but I had a late flight out that day and they let me come in and use their wifi and sit on the lobby and do my computer work. They wete very nice.

This location was extremely clean and the breakfast area was always full and very clean. My only complaint was that the bed was very very hard. The shower had a leak so we had water on the bathroom floor after every shower but we pointed that out to maintenance and they were going to address it. Overall would highly recommend this location.

Stayed a week. Eye for detail and efforts to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable are top tier. Lidia made sure the room was always upkept and tended to, Colin and JaCorey at the front desk were always helpful and kind. Will def stay again.
