Very clean, comfortable apartments near the port of Fazana. Helpful staff even if on the first day I arrived in the afternoon and there was no English speaking person at the reception. Still, the man was very kind.

Location of apartments is very good. Close to the water and close to the center of Fazana. I enjoyed jogging on the "boardwalk" by the water a few mornings. Check in process was fast and personnel was friendly. Wi-fi good. Room was clean and kitchen was nice and fully equipped so we could make dinners in the evening. Bathroom was updated and shower was roomy with plenty of hot water. The small patio was also nice to have. Things to improve on: Work out room is not great. Should be updated with new machinery. Also, rental bikes were too small for our kids. They should have a variety of bikes for various ages.

What a surprise these lovely apartments were! Beautifully clean, modern and stylish. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds / chairs, and the laundry room was a real bonus. The lady on reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our studio flat was fabulous but we did regret not paying a little extra to get a balcony, as it would have been nice to breakfast in the sunshine. We would't hesitate to go back to these apartments in this gorgeous little town.

We were immediately impressed following the very friendly greeting and were presented with a tour of the facilities, which for such a small complex were more than expected. The apartments were spacious and were very clean, well decorated and had new equipment. I'm particularly fond of a large shower so i was at home :) The small cute town is only a short 5 min walk away and the nearest beach bar even closer ;-) We particularly appreciated the small touches like having an ice machine outside the room, it was a very welcome surprise. Pool was small but very pleasant and never too busy. Also loved the cute watermill at the front of the building! Would absolutely stay here again!

My kids and I visited Fazana in October. The town is beautiful and clean and we enjoyed brilliant sunshine for all five days we were there. Villa Nina apartments are ideally located in easy reach of the playground, board walk, pebbled beach, restaurants, supermarket and ferry to Brijuni islands. Theres a bus stop about 10 minutes walk away and from here we caught the bus into Pula to see the sites and then on to Verudela to visit the Pula aquarium. My 2 kids were thrilled to have the use of bikes at the apartments in order to explore the local area. Our studio apartment was as pictured on the site and had most of the conveniences of home. The reception staff was very hospitable and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a visit.

Easy to find with the GPS. We arrive late, the key and instructions were ready at the desk. Easy to park, room with living and kitchenette. Modern bathroom.

Beautiful clean, modern, spacious apartment with balcony and ensuite. Very close to beach and all fazana local amenities. Would love to go back!
