We attended our daughter’s graduation from McGill at the Bell centre. The hotel is a perfect location for shopping and dining. Very spacious rooms for the 4 of us. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We were disappointed the sauna was out of order but that was the only negative.

Hotel was very clean , comfortable , convenient location , very friendly and accommodating staff. We booked a room with two queen beds for Four adults and it was as we booked with plenty of towels for all four of us. Beds and pillows very comfortable!! Would stay again

The top floor pool and sauna are sunny and relaxing.. Hotel is 3’ by foot to Bell centre and huge supermarket.
3’ to Ste Catherine St with tons of shops and restaurants.
Downtown is 15’ by foot so great location and very spacious rooms.

I booked 2 nights straight in this hotel. I paid with hotels.com like I always do. The hotel double charged one of my nites. Plus The hotel gave me a hard time at the check in and would not accept my business credit card so I had to pay the security deposit with my personal card. The next day they charged an extra nite to my personal card (that was already paid with the app) plus another security deposit for a nite. I haven’t received the refund for their error yet….
Manager did not want to talk to me.

Outstanding 2-night stay. The location couldn’t be better for accessing the Bell Centre and Shopping along Rue Ste Catherine. The registration desk team were welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean and modern. The pool and fitness centre are nice and there’s a hot tub and sauna. I’ll be returning to this hotel on my next Montreal trip! FYI: parking is $35/night.

Overall this is a much nicer holiday inn than than one would think. 3 days with tax came out to $717. We had a one bedroom suite which was it was huge! There's a decent but not outstanding restaurant called crossbars down off from the lobby. It's good but it's not gourmet but they do it very nice breakfast. You're right near the subway so that's an easy thing to do plus it's quite walkable around the area. If you want to head down by St Catherine kind of down by the as I say "Seedy" district of town, where all the naughty places are, you'll really need to take the subway.

Wow what a beautiful hotel. Very clean , beautiful decor. Very polite staff. I love that they have a quiet policy. I have stayed at other hotels and it’s been very loud all night in the hall ways . I will be definitely booking here again. This trip I didn’t have time to check out the pool , maybe next time .

Only thing, I would have liked a miroir over the desk. Being 4 women in the room, we were missing mirrors to get ready.

Went to Montreal for the Madonna Concert and this hotel, hands down, has been the best stay I’ve had in awhile. I tried to speak French and the staff smiled and spoke English, they were patient, AND!! Helped answer all our questions with such professionalism and kindness. I WILL DEF BE BACK

Stayed one night for a concert at the Bell Centre, quick 3-4 minutes walk. It was a wonderful stay. Every single employee we encountered was so nice, helpful and welcoming, definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I was put in a room with one window that resembled a porthole. Not only was it smaller than any window I've seen in a hotel, but it was recessed. I felt like I was in a basement. And looked out on the roof. Not impressed.
