First of all, it was very expensive! The suite was very small, the twin size bed was horribly dirty, pillow cases were dirty and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been shampooed in years. Our whole experience there was bad!!!

Great Wolf Lodge is great for kids, they have a bunch of random activities to keep the little ones entertained but almost all of them cost extra $ except the water park which is included in your stay.
The rooms are spacious but nothing fancy. We had a “Mountain View” room and technically that’s true but half the view was blocked by a giant bird poop covered AC exhaust pipe. Our room was also just two doors down from the open walkway above the grand atrium. This is a very loud area and trying to get a 5 year old to fall asleep with music blasting for their 9pm animatronic show wasn’t ideal.
All that said, my kid really enjoyed their time at the lodge, but it’s very much overpriced. Paying what they’re asking per night for a room on par with a Quality Inn is WAY too much even with the water park included. If all their activities were included with a night’s stay it would be a deal, as it stands prepare to have your pocket book drastically lightened and feel underwhelmed by the experience as a whole.

Love the water park and staff was friendly. The breakfast is not included and even when you purchase it’s made to order and unfortunately we waited 45 minutes and at that point refunded our breakfast voucher to make more time for the kiddos to play. Extremely pricey comparable to stadium or show prices for food and drinks. Water park was fun though. Also parking is near impossible on busy days.

We had a wonderful Christmas with the kids here, our room was perfect, the amenities and perks that are included made our stay that much better.
HUGE thank you to all the friendly staff working through the holiday to provide families a great experience.

The hotel was clean and many activities to do with family. The only downside was so many people even after thanksgiving crowd is gone but it’s still manageable but checking in is the main part that takes a while.

At first we had a difficult check In because they couldn’t find our reservations, however they were extremely helpful and polite and fixed the issue. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend to family and friends. We will return next year

Property was great , very expensive but kids enjoyed it of course. The towels has been charged on our account $65 but got the money back , need to find a better system to return towels, overhaul good place

Very nice resort, very nice staff. However to pricey for what options you have, seemed like trying to be a mini Disney with the pricing but not the options and amenities.

The location of there property, with the views that it has, is beautiful. You can see Pike's Peak from the hotel and it is awesome.
The thing I didn't like was the elevators up to the rooms. There was almost always a line to wait to go up. Need more elevators.

This hotel is every kid’s dream! Def worth the price - arcade, waterpark, bowling, mini golf, gravity ropes, ice cream and candy shops, dance parties, and so much more!

Rooms very comfortable and super cute ( even the hand soaps were shaped in a paw!)
In addition, if you don’t want to eat in the restaurants w/in hotel, plenty of options w/in less than a half mile radius.
Only thing was the parking, it gets full very fast and if you don’t find, have to pay extra to be close by.
This is a must-stay for anyone w kids!
Would recommend w/out hesitation and already looking forward to visiting another one of your locations!

What a great experience! Energetic and excited staff. Great Wolf Lodge is always a ton of fun. We will stay here when we return to Colorado Springs, even if we don't bring our kids.

We had a wonderful time! I’ll cherish the memories we made with our 5 year old son, he loved it and had a huge smile on his face in the adventure zone. The resort staff were so kind and thought, everyone helped make our trip memorable and awesome.

Rooms are/look/feel old and deserve renovation. Mattresses felt old and stiff. Water park was fun, but with only 4 rides for adults guests quickly run out of options. Also, depending on the time of the day, wait times can be somehow long: 15+ min.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. By far the best lodge we have been to in a long time. There are plenty of activities for the whole family of all ages. Great stay we will be back soon!

We LOVED the Great Wolf in Colorado Springs! This location far exceeded our expectations. The facility was modern and clean and beautiful! The staff member (Nick Saltos) who checked us in was so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and hope to return someday :)

Prices keep going up, yet cleaningness in pool area deteriorates. Need the keep the place up, floor is so dirty and everything is so expensive.
Locker rental is $15. Please power wash floors.

The rooms were overall okay and comfortable. Where this place stands out is the overall terrific staff, easy food options, and kid friendly activities (arcade, waterpark, ropes course, etc.). I want to give a shout out to Evan than helped my son have the courage to conquer the ropes course. My son said "he did a really nice job to make me confident and he made me feel like I could do it all." Would recommend anybody with kids visiting for a little casual family fun!

The carpet on the 5th floor had an offensive odor that was distracting. The food was sub par for adults. However it is a “kids” resort and the children I saw did not seem to mind.

We were thrilled with all the amenities the lodge had to offer. We would've liked to see maybe one more restaurant with more options for children, and more for those with gluten sensitivities. The waterpark was a blast, and the employees were wonderful. There was an incident with an inappropriate guest, which the employees handled immediately. Many of us felt the inappropriate guest should have been ushered out considering his behavior around the children. However, the employees did immediately speak with the man regarding his behavior. All of the staff was respectful and helpful. My kids are already asking when we are going to go back to the Great Wolf Lodge. It is somewhat costly for the add-ons, however there is so much to do once you purchase the passes. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint would be that they do not have any laundry machines on site. However, we had so much fun and will go back. Kudos to all of the employees!
