Fantastic room, great breakfast Very friendly staff!!

Staff was very nice. I liked that you had to use your room key in the elevators to get up to the rooms, nice security measure. Only 6 minutes to UAMS. Downside was the loud night traffic.

Nothing bad can be said about the room or service. All was excellent, but the amount of environmental noise was too much for us. There was a constant kicking on and kicking off of something from outside. Police sirens went off at least every hour. Plus, traffic from the interstate nearby was very noticeable. This made for a restless night.

Really enjoy my short stay here

Was woken up 4 times by loudly slamming doors . Scared my daughter and myself . It was not the normal accidental door slam it was so loud made me jump 4 times out of my sleep . I called fromt desk they were very non chalant . Holes in walls outdated furniture. Bed was only decent part .

The only thing was the room smells bad.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The entire hotel was very clean. We loved the fire pit and sitting area outside. The only slight complaint was that the breakfast left a little to be desired in terms of service. The choices were as expected and the cleanliness was unmatched, but the employees tending to it weren’t the most helpful. Just as an example, when the milk ran out, no one could find the employee to get it refilled. It took around 30 minutes to get the issue resolved so the kids waiting could get cereal. That’s the only issue we had during our stay and it’s only barely worth mentioning. I still highly recommend staying here!

The property is close to the medical facilities that we require. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and parking is easy.

The room was clean but tv wouldn't work went out every minute they said because of rain. The next morning finally got there no rain and still no tv.my brother was in heart hospital and couldn't sleep and it was a long night without tv

We really enjoyed our stay and were very very impressed! Everything was so classy. The 2 bedroom with Kitchen far exceeded our expectations!! We could tell they cared about making things look professional and neat which we really appreciated! THE ONLY problem was the back of the bathroom door was dirty but I did not mind it even as much because everything else was clean!! And i could tell they tried. The staff was very nice as well. This is the only place I would like to stay at if we would drive through again!

Always clean friendly and love the rooms

The property was close to the event that I was attending and close to an eating place that I like.

The location is perfect for the medical district. We stayed a week with this hotel because my mom was in St.Vincent. It was literally a 3 minute drive with stop lights. The hotel was in good condition. We did have some issues in our 1 bedroom suite, but nothing that made the stay miserable or hard. Breakfast wasn’t what we expected but it’s good enough to get you going. We did feel safe which was huge! Loved the fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans dishes and cleaning supplies). Full sized fridge with ice maker was also huge for us. It had a two electric burner stove and full sized microwave. It was like staying at a one bedroom apartment. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around this location as well. All the staff was really nice and helpful which was huge because this was a very difficult time for our family. I will be in Little Rock often, and we will stay here when we need to be there overnights. I do believe I was charged twice for one night, and I hope it is resolved quickly and easily when I contact them. I didn’t use any of the amenities because we were at the hospital everyday all day.

Excellent Room, But The Price Could Be Better .

The hotel was good but i was double charged and i can’t get anything fixed So the hotel needs to contact me and fix this

Nice room decent price! Staff was friendly, free breakfast, and we had a kitchenette completely stocked.

We were very pleased with our room. It was very economical for us to have a suite with one king and two queens and we needed it due to family in the surronding hospitals. What upset me was that we had to have a $250 " damage hold" on our DEBIT CARD. This was returned but unexpected. Could this fee be waved if a person presented a good credit score or even a check stub of a certain amount?
