Overall the location is unmatched. The glamping experience with Under Canvas is fantastic. The amenities in the tent are fabulous. Very comfortable. Very spacious. Amazing view. The team was friendly and generally helpful but they did have a couple moments where the service fell below expectations. For example they offered a tent refresh after two night (unsolicited by us) and then didn’t provide it. We asked for a charging brick to be relaxed because nothing would on it and when the guy showed up to replace it he made a point of telling us it stilled had power and should have worked (the implication being we didn’t understand how to use it).

Unique and beautiful property. Staff was excellent, tents were amazing clean and maintained. Activities and live music. Food was good. Amazing “glamping” adventure! The only thing I didn’t like was the pull chain shower.

This would be a five star all around but for the amount of money spent they wanted to charge us 25 cents for a spoon and wound not allow us to purchase alcoholic drinks with out purchasing food.

Overall, this is a very unique and cool vibe. However, what you get for the price is WAY out of whack compared to at least one neighboring property. A friend booked another property that was unfortunately full when we decided to join the trip. We booked here thinking it was similar. The friends definitely got the Glamping facility (doors, full bath, electricity, heat/air, coffee maker, etc.) while we just got upscale camping (zipper tents with a wood stove, now power, pull chain shower). And they got theirs FOR LESS MONEY!! We still liked the place, but fumed over the price once I saw theirs. Speaking of fumes, on the last night our wood stove flute clogged up and we woke to a tent full of smoke. We were blowing soot out of our noses for two days, and all of our belongings smelled like a forest fire. I told the staff, but they basically just said "sorry about that". If I do go back to Zion, we will stay at a more Glamp style facility.

What an absolute great experience we had from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and the tents are perfectly situated to enjoy it every moment. Our host Erin was so authentic and helpful. She even hosted “make art” sessions in the evening. We experienced some extreme weather and the staff was so accommodating! With that said… we also awoke to incredible sunrises and the full range starry skies at night. Food was great… we had a memorable time with our group of six. We have always lived under canvas locations and will continue! Highly recommended! ❤️

The site is fabulous, the staff are amazing and the location is stunning. We went when it was super hot and we’re nervous about the temperature, we need not have been. As much as you won’t spend much time in your tent in the day as there’s so much to do in Zion, at night the temp drops enough for a decent sleep that isn’t like sleeping in an oven. Spectacular views, sunsets and great for resetting as a family.

We had a really great experience with our stay at Under the Canvas. Location was incredible. The tents themselves were pretty impressive with amazing views of the park. The staff was really great. Sam was beyond helpful and really made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. He provided amazing guidance on how to spend our short time in Zion and was just on it the whole time. He really was a big part of why our stay was such a great experience. Kelsie B. was also such a pleasure to be around. She was wonderful and really patient with all of our questions. Highly recommend going to her with any needs. The only staff that I would try to avoid was Paige. She really brought the entire experience down a bit with her shortness and lack to want to help. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

This was an AMAZING experience and the staff truly was special. Its clear to see that they love the outdoors and what they do for a living. Highly recommend. And I will definitely be back :)

The fact that it was 20 degrees that night and other guests were informed NOT to come and we were expected to endure those conditions by stoking the fire and adding firewood every 1 and 1/2 hours during the night is BEYOND UNREASONABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.

I felt this experience was hugely over priced for what it was. We could have camped down the road for free with the same views. The stove could not adequately heat the tent in any way and so we all got sick from our one nights stay which was meant to be a treat for my kids. Very disappointed

We loved our experience at Under Canvas Zion! Beautiful facility and friendly staff. A few things to note: 1) Cafe is not open for lunch and you cannot get a hot food, beer or wine until 5PM...2) My son is vegetarian and there were few entree choices for him...3) There is no electricity in the tents and you MUST have the fire lit in the cooler months. At check-in we received a fairly poor briefing on how to light the furnace fire. Also, the online brochure gave the impression we could have hot coffee delivered to our tent in the morning but that was not offered to us (we asked and the response was "I guess").

Under Canvas Zion is an amazing place. We loved everything about it from the beautiful location to the amazing staff. With that said, we stayed for 2 nights at the end of March and it was COLD. It was below freezing at night. Even with the wood stove and super warm blankets, it was uncomfortable sleeping. We had to feed the wood stove every hour to hour and a half which made sleeping hard. The first night we ran out of wood. I would absolutely recommend this place just not when it could be super cold. On a side note, the food was amazing.

This was the perfect place for me to get a some reflection time by myself. The team was very helpful when I needed anything, but left me alone otherwise. It was exactly what needed.

We didn't like, the neighbors, were arguing very loudly, took staff a while to come out and stop them.
