There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen sink , leaking bidet , I have cancelled my second night stay and they have kindly refunded my money.

They didn't offer water 2 bottles only 4 cream and 4 sugar a day .and no shuttle drop off only pickup.had leaky bathroom rear end washer and shower head hose. But very nice stay .

A unique experience with lots of shopping and eating close by. The pool water was a little bit cool as it is not heated, but only takes a little ti get used to.

Great place we liked the location. Rooms kept really nice, a few things missed . Dish soap to clean dishes, if supplying dishes etc then ahould provide the means to clean . Room cam with bedside table and lamp one of the only places to have such a luxury lol, only thig is their was now light bulb. Didnt like the fact that i had to leave a peice of id at the desk , they should photo copy and give id back . Thata what is done in 5star hotels around the world. Also make sure you have 2000 php cashh to give for a damage deposit it is returned after they inspect room when you check out . Overall a good experience.

Pros: Great location at Venetian mall. Security is very good, what you expect for a luxury apartment building. Contact did all things requested and in a polite and timely manner. There is a microwave in the kitchen area. Cons: Contact is hard to reach. When he responds he lets you know he is busy. The kitchen area has only silverware and plates for 4 people. This discourages cooking. But hallway reeked of chicken curry.

My stay at the Caruso Tower was good. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean but the TV only have Netflix. I was hoping to watch some world news or have some local channels.

How come your water tap is beside the bed, what a weird place to install and the tap was facing side wats. It wet the bed when needed! 😀😃

This is a great place to visit but since this wasn't a hotel there was not much in the way of service or room service for meals. The Venice mall is cool and has lots of dinning options. Also the TV only had Netflix to watch which I guess in fine at night but I like to watch news in the morning.

The condo is ok, clean but theres a foul smell in the rooms when AC is not on. As soon as you step out of the lobby, it smells like sewage. The elevators don’t have AC so it’s hot and smelly too

The property manager was efficient and the staff are polite at all times. We stayed at the 2Bedrooms and i will stay there again next visit.

This unit Has NO WiFi. They want you to share Wi-Fi with other units because they are cheap. The AC never got below 78 degrees F and we were told that is how it is. I left after 1 hour and am now reverse charges via my credit card. It is straight up fraud.

For a self contained stay near the venice canal area, it was great. Being able to eat out or prepare in our room was very convenient.
A short undercover walk to the canal mall, or <100 paso taxi ride to the market market.

Property was not able to call or get a hold of condo owner, Wi-Fi did not work well. It was on and off, and you can’t bring guests in after 10pm. This is not a place to stay if you want freedom to do what you’d like to do. And the address was confusing and there are many luxe towers around the area.

We stayed in room 16D. Great view over Venice Grand Canal. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.
