Had an excellent stay, very welcoming and accomodating, great owners very friendly. We had a continental breakfast which was fantastic. Lots of nice little extras like mints, biscuits in room etc great location between lake and shops, not far from seafront. Will definitely stay again

We had a very lovely stay here whilst we were in town for a wedding. I feel that the owners went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and easier. Breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable!
